Let’s hope the Student List in Serbia is able to revitalize the country, end corruption and de-align the country from Kremlin’s toxicity. Also, better relations with the neighbors wouldn’t be bad. I am happy for the end of Vucic, but I want to see the change 🇷🇸

I remember working at a hotel and asking Italians for their IDs; they would give me a piece of paper that was literally falling apart, barely readable due to many years of usage and kept together by a millimeter of cellulose. Glad they changed it.

The Greek one was introduced just three years ago. Before that, it was just a piece of paper because Orthodox priests were claiming that the chip in the plastic card would control our minds, and they were literally fighting against it (unfortunately I’m not joking)

The election will take place on October 25. The ruling coalition, led by the Serbian Progressive Party, will be represented by Aleksandar Vučić, who stepped down as president to run for prime minister. ❗️ The AfD leak site's thousands of emails shows nazism from party members and staff labeled under racism/antisemitism. We went through the worst: 1. A 2018 email forwarded by Alexander Gauland concerns a "Hitler-Wallfahrt", a Hitler pilgrimage, by a former judge at the party's Thuringia arbitration court. 2. A member joked in a district WhatsApp group about turning refugees into handbags and boots, an allusion to the Nazi camps. 3. A district chairman quit, saying a board member sent a "Heil Hitler" Christmas card with a swastika and it was laughed off. 4. A Bavarian official urged party leaders to chant "Merkel verrecke", roughly "Merkel, croak", every day. 5. Federal party staff discussed luring a photographer to an event to remove him by force. The thread signs off "Heil und Sieg". 6. A 2025 NRW email is titled "Sale of swastika flags and drugs at the info stand". 7. This year alone, branches moved against members over a Nazi banner with a swastika, a Hitler impression and a call for machine guns against Arab clans.

To get the kind of diesel volume Trump says he'll be getting from Putin, 100% of all Russia's diesel exports would need to go to the US. And it will be enormously expensive, as the trip to the other side of the planet isn't free.
