The American medical/hospital system is arguably one of most inefficient operations in the world. Different departments don’t talk to each other, online accounts/platforms don’t transfer, information doesn’t transfer, and you have to verify everything 1800 times with different people asking the same questions

Make this make sense to me!! I took my dog to the Vet for a regular 4 month check up. I arrived on time and then waited 15 minutes for them to come into the room. But I get charged $80 for 30 minute visit and their exam? I was sitting in the waiting room for 15 of those 30 minutes, so pay them to make me wait in a waiting room for 50% of the visit?
