@peterrutzler A couple of days ago, I read this in The Guardian about refereeing, VAR, PGMOL theguardian.com/football/202… This jumped out at me: On the next day I spent with [Darren] England, 5 November, he was refereeing the champions, Manchester City, at home to Fulham.
