You have two engines: one runs on symbols (CPU), the other on vision (GPU). Use both 🔥 Symbolic reasoning is a valuable but i think Spatial reasoning is more accessible. Mathematical ideas are still communicating in very narrow bandwidth medium and legacy static pdf/paper

I spend a lot of time for typography on a design. @nota_md 's is still the most eye soothing for me, with just default font family! but a lot care in weights, alignments and tiny details...

The prompt was "look at this [x post*], what is that, go fetch all specs in the internet, use classcad.ai mcp, model it" The result is live here → buerligons.io It is fully parametric. The ASM uses mate & gear constraints. *Had a screenshot of this thing

My dear friends, I’d like to show you my latest toy project Introducing Handwired: turn your regular JavaScript code into a neural net! - no training - exact outputs vs the JS program - fully differentiable All runnable in a browser, without GPU

We officially release smlibpy open source. A python API for the smlib nurbs kernel (inspired by cad-query, build123d & classcad). A wasm compile for javascript/ts (1.8mb dl/brotli total). And a MCP for agents. → smlibpy.classcad.ch → github.com/awv-informatik/sm… Thread ⤵

Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible. We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial: felixrieseberg.com/how-to-be…

After six years in stealth, Atomic Machines is out. Our mission: on-demand, universal command of matter. First beachhead: the Matter Compiler, an AI-native manufacturing system that builds working micro-machines from code alone. No per-product tooling. No process development. Different code, different machine.

Built a little companion that lives in the corner of every web page. ⌘K and it stretches into a prompt. Ask it anything about what you're reading. Next: have it take notes as we go, so the next rabbit hole can connect to something I’ve already learned.

I've started a new company: @superlogical! We're going to begin by building a terminal multiplexer. The entire vision is much larger, but the multiplexer is the foundation. Sign up for the newsletter to get beta access and devlogs (product updates only I promise). superlogical.com/

The iOS Photos app has one of the most impressive interactions and UIs like you can pinch to control photos density timeline. Recreated the photo-editing “styles” pad, experimenting with an imperial blue color.

Neither ClaudeCode/Cursor nor Figma can replace this workflow yet Until a device with 120fps, without backlit exists 😄

Added Transform UI. Direct manipulation is always fun!

Started exploring what an AI-native design tool that runs in the browser on WebGPU looks like. I learned how to:

draw shapes with SDFs in a single draw call so they stay crisp at any zoom xitter.cf/kernelsoe/status/20204…
made an interactive signed distanced fields to learn pixel shading and drawing smooth shapes

zoom-to-cursor (keep the point under the mouse fixed) and geometric zoom, two ideas inspired from the first time I used Figma
