The truth finally emerged when they spoke to the buyers after the test ride. The bike was uncomfortable for the wife - the seat was designed for the pillion to sit with one leg on each side, not side-straddle as most Indian women do. During the ride, the woman felt she could fall any moment.

Almost forgotten would be more accurate. Old UP-origin Calcatian communities are still called "Hindustani" in both Hindi-Urdu and Bangla in Calcutta (in Bangla it could even include Biharis but not in HU). But no one will say for example, I am going to Hindustan tomorrow like the way they'd say I'm going to Punjab.
