#ChicagoFire Victor said this in an interview after the premiere, and he also mentioned in a different interview something about Kelly’s captain storyline being a season-long plot. after last night’s episode, my theory for the end of the season is that maybe Kelly does move to +

see Kelly get. I think this makes a lot more sense after Stella’s scenes with Tom last night, him alluding to Kelly not being the only one who can lead 51 as well as Kelly’s love for fire investigation being the forefront of the episode.

Stella’s “leadership trajectory” storyline definitely doesn’t end after one on-screen month of training four candidates, so now I’m thinking one of her big individual storylines this season will end in a promotion.

I have a feeling this arsonist isnt gonna go for kelly and is instead gonna go for stella which is going to cause absolute HAVOC

I think it was very intentional that they had a shot of Stella at home alone looking over the materials. Now that we know there's an arsonist afoot with eyes on Kelly; Stella babes get behind me!!!

I think it went under the radar but in one of the new interviews Miranda confirmed Severide was Stella’s training officer

van meter is throwing a ridiculous hissy fit about kelly picking 51, and then it feels like he’s trying to start something by saying “he’s not the only [leader] in that firehouse,” to stella? #ChicagoFire
