THIS is why preserving music video archives matters. Mariah Careyโ€™s โ€œLoverboy (Remix)โ€ was shot on 35mm film back in 2001, and this new 4K restoration was reconstructed shot by shot from the original film elements. David LaChapelleโ€™s colorful visuals still look incredible 25 years later.
