$SRPT Once again, Peter Marks overrules his staff, who wanted to reject Elevidys. I guess we knew this was going to happen back in January, when Marks, on stage at our JPM event, told us that failed randomized clinical trials don’t matter in gene therapy. Still, amazing (deplorable?) to see this doctrine put into practice.
