Imagine if Kamala Harris became the first female president of the United States and then tore down the East wing, obsessed about a ballroom, started a losing war with Iran, took away health care and food from children, raked in billions, fired everyone to put her friends in their positions, fell asleep on camera consistently, mouthed off on social media, openly prosecuted people she didn’t like without real cause, started a slush fund to fund domestic terrorists, and generally lied every second of the day. She wasn’t even allowed to laugh.

The Tigers’ surge is NOT evidence they should have continued with Skubal.
In fact, it’s the exact opposite. Their surge is, in part, the result of getting rid of the Skubal drama.

It’s obviously pissed off fans on numerous occasions, but the Tigers have done so right by the player on how they’ve used Tarik Skubal. So many teams in their position would have run him into the ground the last few years.
It’s why how Scott Boras has treated the organization has been such a disgrace to me. Say what you will about the Tigers, but they haven’t deserved that & Boras isn’t dealing in good faith & knows any Tigers offer would be a starting point for him in free agency.
