@JagexAsh does Phosani's Nightmare hit its max with melee more often than other NPCs? Feel like I get slapped for 73 way more often than 1/73 hits

I know that there's a mechanic which causes nightmare to hit harder when the player is praying incorrectly-- maybe the damage is capped after that boost?
