Dear County Attorney Conover,
I write as a deeply concerned citizen regarding the government sanctioned animal abuse you all are inflicting on Sergeant Snuggles.
I have seen the public records, read the court documents, am aware of your lapsed & flawed COT/PACC IGA contract, even read the wellness check report that proves Snuggles is being drugged to death.
What I cannot fathom is how any of you justify what you are doing to that dog while the legal system plays itself out:
CONFINED TO a KENNEL for OVER A YEAR
NO WALKS
NO ENRICHMENT
FORCED TO EAT WHERE HE RELIEVES HIMSELF
SLOWLY DRUGGED TO DEATH
If any citizen did this to their dog, I would hope you would prosecute them for animal cruelty.
Why do you think your abusive protocol is above the law?
Fix it! He's in YOUR CARE.
Please understand the torture you are inflicting on that animal, and the professional care he will need to be rehabilitated.
We hope you do the right thing and put an end to the suffering of Snuggles & his family by releasing him back to the family or one of the rescues that reached out.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with grateful hearts to lift up our President, Donald J. Trump. Thank You, Lord, for raising up a leader who loves America, who is not afraid to stand for truth, and who has the courage to fight for the American people when so many would not.
Father, I pray You place Your mighty hand of protection over President Trump, First Lady Melania, and his entire family. Shield them from every attack — physical, legal, and spiritual. You see the relentless persecution he has endured, and we ask that You vindicate him and be his defender.
Grant him Your supernatural wisdom and strength as he works to restore this nation. Give him boldness to continue to secure our borders, defend the unborn, protect our religious liberties, rebuild our economy, and put America First as You have called him to do. Let no weapon formed against him prosper.
Lord, surround him with God-fearing, loyal patriots who will give him wise counsel and who truly share his America First vision. Remove every deceiver and every RINO influence from his inner circle.
We pray for a great revival under his leadership — that America would return to You, to the Constitution, and to the Judeo-Christian values this country was founded upon. Use President Trump to bring justice back to our justice system, strength back to our military, and common sense back to Washington.
