Summer at the new pool house - here at Woodlands in Sevonoaks, Kent. Continuing the main house's contemporary design - the minimilsm and clean lines can be seen in the bar design. We think you'll agree, this is a nice space to step out of the sun for a cool drink after a swim.

#Superprime #Bespoke #HardLandscaping #SteppingStones #JapaneseGarden #DesignLifestyle #GrandDesigns #luxurylifestyle #Construction Summer is nearly here, and so we are pushing forward to have this beautiful home and very importantly, the landscaping ready to enjoy..

Project Woodlands main entrance has just had the 80mm Granite slabs layed in place adding gravitas and splendour to the exterior. The metal steps are also clad in matching Granite with LED strip lights leading you up to the front door. Our thanks to #Tyearchitects #Dgaltd

We are pushing ahead on our Mayfair project - The new additional floor has been added with reclaimed bricks to match the period of the house. The Roof covering are now being added. The internal fit out continues on all 4 floors. #LyonsArchitects #StudioGomilsek #AyresandLyons

So this is looking great - The first of the furniture is coming in now - a sure sign the project is in it's last stages. We all agree this is the most exciting part of the project as the clients design, art and furnishings come together bringing the house to life!
