I am improving the #LUNC website further with more charts, better responsiveness, more content, etc. I'll try to throw in a few images there like the old website I was making previously. But I haven't yet asked the #LUNCcommunity what they want from the website. So I'll have the comments section open for all kinds of suggestions regarding the website. You can come up with all kinds of features including a forum, a wallet, whatever you can think of. Go crazy.

I honestly dunno what I wanna do with this though #LUNCcommunity #LUNCArmy I mean, what this requires me to do, I am not prepared to do 🥲 even though I made it to do exactly this - since this is a #repeg algorithm, it will eventually have to be connected to the blockchain in some way even if that means something as simple as a parameter change. And for that, we will need to take this to #LUNC governance. This also isn't a wallet, or a dex, or a token, or even a trading bot. This is a thing which has been specifically made for a #USTC #Repeg so it has some immense value attached to it, which I do not know whether the $LUNC CP is capable of handling currently. I don't think there is enough in there for this work, and even if there is, I dunno whether validators are currently focused on a $USTC repeg. To be very blunt about this, there is no sane human being on this planet, who knows what this is, and who is gonna part with this algorithm for anything less than a house at LA 😎 and I don't think the CP can afford that currently. You would have observed that I had begun working on $EQA - the stablecoin, before even I wanted to talk about this. That's cause I am a dev and I just do my work. I don't want to get involved in $LUNC governance unless absolutely required, and I don't feel it's required currently, or anymore, for that matter. It was a good experiment and we successfully did the simulations. It works. Great. Now we can focus on the stablecoin, cause $LUNC validators are not gonna support or go ahead with this, and I know that. A dev would never waste his time on something that has no clear end to it. There is absolutely no end to this, cause I want something that will require validators to open up their CP gold bags and pay me for the work before I give up the algorithm, cause I won't do that without getting paid of course 🙂 We can say that this is a deadlock currently.
I have been reading & listening to some #USTC #Repeg ideas but in order for it to be a solid plan, it needs to have a graph like this, in which a depeg event is taking place while the coin is re-pegging. If anything can resist that, forget about that formula being able to repeg $USTC, I think it can do a lot more than just that. --- 🔍 Key Takeaways of the 1st Graph 1️⃣ Without E², USTC remained stuck near $0.00001 (indicating no natural recovery). 2️⃣ With E² + PID, USTC showed a controlled recovery path as market conditions improved. 3️⃣ By late 2022, USTC had gradually moved toward $1.00, avoiding another collapse. 4️⃣ The recovery process was smooth, without excessive volatility or artificial pumps. 5️⃣ This confirms that E² + PID can successfully repeg USTC under real market conditions. ---

I had a couple of things to add to this, one of which has to do with the #LUNC Market Module and the other regarding the discussion between @VegasMorph @RexYellerBelly @ColeStrathclyde on @edTreb001 (the cow avatar was damn funny DJ 🥲) Yeah so about that MM - it won't work The $LUNC MM basically works on the basic xy=k constant formula, which is, one of the most basic formulae which is used in making #Astroport pools. They have 4-5 other types. This is the simplest one so I had to study it to make my own formula Without getting into the details, this can never work anymore cause this formula is out of balance. To restore the balance you need more than $5 trillion This formula has to be changed if the MM needs to work again, but you can't do it by burning and minting anymore since the supply is not balanced currently. And for this formula to work, the supply has to be balanced as x and y in xy=k is basically supply I tried simulating what would happen if we "opened up the swap" - well, the coin crashes further because arbitrage traders are gonna trade it to hell.

In the discussion on @edTreb001, @RexYellerBelly mentioned that it is his dream to see #USTC re-pegged. @VegasMorph said that all he wants is a stablecoin, no matter what way it works. And @ColeStrathclyde explained how important it is to have an on-off ramp coin/token on #LUNC There were many more points mentioned by Strath in that, so I would encourage everyone to go and watch the entire thing and listen to everything properly. Rex also has some great points, but I am writing this for @VegasMorph actually: What he mentioned is one of the most important things that the #LUNCcommunity needs to realize, and realize early, if you truly wanna #repeg $USTC - this isn't gonna be cheap cause we are not talking about building a wallet or a website here. I can do all of those things for free for you For a #stablecoin we need entire marketing, sales, legal and financial teams. It's not a one-person job if you are thinking it is just a piece of code. This has nothing to do with code. I'll give you the code right now. You still won't be able to have a "legal" stablecoin on chain unless you have taken care of everything including all the things I just mentioned You think this can be done with us as freelancers working out of a basement or something? We will need to be officially appointed by the #LUNC Community to do this - I already have the formula and the work itself is done. That doesn't even matter. We need to move millions to make this happen. We are up against some of the toughest in this business. They are our grandaddy's, if you wanna put it that way. We are trying to create a stablecoin when Trump is crashing Bitcoin to buy in low. This isn't something kinda garage job. This is a big big deal. Please understand this properly before we decide to continue further with a #USTC #Repeg

Double Depeg Event Simulation with E² + PID We tested two major depeg events in a single year and analyzed how E² + PID responds. --- 🔍 Key Observations of the 2nd Graph: 1️⃣ First depeg (May 2022 crash) was effectively mitigated by E² + PID, preventing a full collapse. 2️⃣ Second depeg (November 2022 simulated crisis) caused a sharp drop, but the system quickly rebalanced USTC. 3️⃣ Without E², USTC would have remained depegged indefinitely—instead, the system fully restored USTC to $1.00 after both crashes. 4️⃣ Recovery after the second depeg was even faster, as the system had already accumulated reserves and tuned stability parameters. 5️⃣ Final outcome: $USTC successfully repegged both times, proving that E² + PID can handle multiple market crashes. --- 📊 What This Means for USTC Stability ✅ E² + PID is robust enough to handle multiple depeg events in the same year. ✅ The system recovers USTC naturally without external intervention or artificial pumps. ✅ Preemptive measures like buybacks, arbitrage incentives, and collateral adjustments help ensure stability. ✅ This confirms that integrating E² into #TerraClassic would make #USTC resistant to future black swan events. ---

Personal Comments on E² + PID I dunno whether you realize the potential of this algorithm, and what it can do for some lives who are involved in the #USTC case, but basically this can make #FreeDoKwon -> #DoKwonFreed This can also stop the entire liquidation process of TFL and help bring back or retain a lot of their assets which they are gonna lose for sure in less than 1 year from now. They have begun burning their keys and shutting their dApps down. This can stop the entire legal process on their company. If you are not seeing this bigger picture yet, then you are not seeing it at all. I am the only human being between this formula and hundreds of connected lives to the #Terra which crashed, none of whom are simple people. This is more important than you realize, but I still wanna keep it low cause I know what is the potential of this thing in the right hands 😎

#Equilibria $EQA Update 7 / 7 Contracts Deployed on #LUNC Mainnet 🚀 Next Steps: Configuration & Testing 🛠️ Comments: Technically, there is a stable token currently on the $LUNC blockchain. Even if the collateral/arbitrage/etc modules have not been configured & tested yet, I think it still mints $EQA for #Axelar $USDC In a way, we have a first version of a decentralized stablecoin on the chain right now #LUNCcommunity #LUNCArmy 🔥
A little update about both #Equilibria and #Astroport on #LUNC Equilibria I have written a lot of the code required and will be testing it next. If it works, I will share updates again To make it work on the Mainnet requires #IBC testing the transfers, etc so that will take a bit of time to do after that Astroport Classic Well, I can't call it Classic anymore since I was thinking of a new name for it If we deploy the contracts using the same symbol for $ASTROC and $xASTROC then the issue is that, there is already an entire set of #Astroport contracts on the chain and it will become extremely confusing for the tickers on various aggregators We can call it #AstroOne for now Anyway, the purpose is to deploy a new DEX on #LUNC which allows us to have greater control over the contracts because we need pools for $EQA - $USDC swaps, so I need a swap contract anyway - Astroport contracts were the best open source options available

This is a great question and I'd like to clear the confusion regarding this: 1. It does not matter which exchange is issuing $EQA because it has to be issued using the "eqa_token" contract, so whether it is a DEX or CEX, since the coin/token itself is decentralized, they will need to follow the same process that everyone else is following to issue the stablecoin 2. I use the words "stablecoin" and "stable-token" interchangeably because on the blockchain it doesn't really matter. I can make a CW20 a "coin," or what you understand by coin on the blockchain later. That's not an issue currently 3. Apart from the mint function in the "eqa_token" contract, generally anyone can setup pools for $EQA with some other token or coin on any DEX/CEX - that's the entire pont of having a "decentralized" stablecoin @igorsoares62 We are not supposed to have control over who is issuing or swapping #EQA - the algorithm will take care of all that because the token itself is linked to the "arbitrage_module" and the "liquidation_module" - these are separate contracts being instantiated along with the "eqa_token" to control arbitrage and liquidation Think of it like a distributed system where the token interacts with the liquidation and the arbitrage modules without actually having the modules written inside the token contract, so that we can independently change the the latter ones, well, later That's the system architecture, or rather, the contracts architecture of #Astroport as well - there are separate maker, factory, incentives, periphery, etc. contracts which are all required to be deployed on chain for the entire system to function properly, otherwise it won't
For example, take a Binance wallet that holds funds from multiple investors. How would you control which specific user gets liquidated? The platform aggregates funds from many different accounts, meaning you can’t isolate and target individual users for liquidation.

Oh ya so I forgot to mention this about #Astroport - I have made it completely free to create new pairs and anyone can create them. I have removed the admin control over creating pairs So you will be able to create pairs for absolutely any coin or token on #LUNC without any cost (apart from gas fees)

I did not wanna talk about the #USTC #Repeg plan before I had clearly stated the plan for #EQA but I believe I need to explain both so that there is no confusion regarding this: 1. I do have a $USTC Repeg algo and it's called E² It's a more sophisticated version of #ESE1 - the algorithm I am calling a stability engine 2. ESE-1 or the Equilibrium Stability Engine is a versatile algorithm which can be used to keep anything at any peg we wish - it could be a new stablecoin and it could even be an existing one 3. ESE-1 cannot independently repeg $USTC - so I had to upgrade the formula and make E² but that did not do the trick either 4. I had to use a concept from robotics to derive an equation from a fuzzy logic algorithm that's used to design controller systems for sensors - yeah, you are reading this correctly 5. The mechanism I discovered completed E² and it finally worked - in the simulations that I did, it showed that $USTC was getting re-pegged with normal trading in less than 2 months I ran the tests quite a number of times, changing the parameters each time, trying to simulate the same de-peg event that crashed #Terra Well, the algorithm still held strong - it was still getting back to peg in 1-2 months at most. Worst case scenario - 2-3 months 6. Initially when I ran the tests on the algorithm, I didn't understand myself how it was getting re-pegged automatically cause I had not implemented any such feature I realized that we didn't have to do anything after implementing this algorithm cause the traders are gonna trade and bring $USTC back to peg - basically they will arbitrage trade the $USTC for profits and the system rewards them for doing so 7. I simulated a double-depeg event with the same parameters and price of $BTC in the year in which the crash happened - it still got back to peg in 1-2 months during a double-depeg event. I have all the graphs and the data to show that to you guys later 8. The plan ahead is to implement a CW20 token with the basic formula first - ESE-1 and as @frag_dude has suggested, it isn't required to take this to governance currently. I can issue the contracts on chain without much expenses 9. I am happy to answer anyone's questions regarding anything of course @igorsoares62 but if you tell me that after the kind of details I have released publicly, I am not giving enough details, then I wouldn't accept that cause that isn't true 10. Right from the beginning, till now, it's the same formula I am working with, even though I have 10-12 more variations. I have already written most of the modules and I am expecting that the work will be completed in less than 1 week from now I just wanted to inform the #LUNCcommunity that I am not providing any hope - I have substantial code already to finish the rest of the work, which I am doing already.

🚀 Introducing the Equilibria #EQA Smart Contract System Key components include the $EQA Token Contract, which implements ERC20-like functionality with a dynamic fee mechanism based on price deviations from the peg, and integrates with an Oracle for accurate price feeds. The Collateral Manager tracks collateral assets like $USDC from #Axelar and #Noble, while the Liquidation Engine conducts solvency checks and has emergency pause functionality. #stablecoin #LUNC #USTC
#EQA Equilibria Rust Smart Contracts Project I have begun building the new stablecoin #LUNCCommunity #LUNCArmy : github.com/arunadaybasu/eqa-… There is no reason for me to be sitting with it. Might as well begin building & testing it The plan next is simple: 1. I will be creating a Signal Proposal on #LUNC governance (a CW discussion before that) 2. If the Signal Proposal passes, I will continue building and testing it on Testnet 3. If it works on Testnet, I will request for funds in a Funding Proposal to deploy the entire project on Mainnet
