So, all the accused in the Kanhaiya Lal murder case went to the Rajasthan High Court and challenged the NIA court's decision to frame charges against them under the UAPA.
Rajasthan High Court has now dismissed their petitions. The UAPA charges against all accused will remain in place, and the trial will continue under the anti-terror law.
Kanhaiya Lal was brutally murdered in Udaipur in 2022. He was beheaded inside his shop, and the entire incident was recorded on camera by the attackers and later shared on social media.
It has been more than 4 years, yet Justice is still awaited.

You must atleast watch the movie instead of passing judgments, if subversion was their only agenda, they could have flooded the country with 20 Haider like movie and 40 Netflix series with the budget they spent to make grandest Ramayana of all times. No Hindu candidate was elected at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in India. Garv Upadhay, Atul Yadav, and Ayushi Chaudhary contested the Student Union elections, but not one of the three managed to secure a seat among the 10 cabinet positions.
We are the same Qaum that celebrates when Muslims win elections in non-Muslim-majority constituencies, yet the reverse seems almost impossible!
