I was thrilled that our Francisco Lindor was announced as the winner of the Roberto Clemente Award for his humanitarian service. True to his character, he went to visit my good friend Ethan Wilson, who was hospitalized and is recovering from brain surgery. metsinsider.mlblogs.com/fran…

Man just play the game at Gateway. Dream did their players wrong by not planing ahead and now the Valkyries are supposed to keep making sacrifices for it.
Why put a game 7 on Election Day when Midterms are so crucial
The two leading options of the not so great options are a matinee at State Farm Arena for Game 6 on Thursday in Atlanta or shifting Game 6 to Friday and Game 7 to Tuesday. Thus far the league doesn’t love the idea of a weekday matinee for a Finals game. Others don’t love the idea of 3 days between Games 5/6 AND 6/7.

The Atlanta Dream play Game 6 in their normal home arena. Everyone else (including their opponents) probably shouldn’t have to move heaven and earth because they weren’t prepared for this scenario.

"That's the goal as hitting coaches, to get guys to believe in themselves because you're not always going to feel great."

It’s pretty unbelievable and unusual for a quarterback to arrive via trade midseason with a playbook and scheme he didn’t prepare for all summer and players he’s never thrown to and just weeks later to look THAT in command of the Giants offense.
