It's been a while, and I'm finally switching my profile picture from @JirasanOfficial to my Ape.
I'm deeply disappointed with how Jirasan has been managed. Communication has been the primary issue since 2022 (I've been holding Gen 1 and Gen 2 since then, and now own 11 Jirasans), with 0 improvement over three years.
For now, I'm giving Jirasan the benefit of the doubt one last time before selling all my Jirasans.
