I left the Democrats a few months ago and somehow started aging backward. I’m 44, but people think I’m in my 30’s. No more constant outrage, guilt, or doomscrolling. Stress ages you. My dermatologist asked what changed. I told her I stopped treating every Trump headline like a personal emergency. Friends keep asking if I got work done. Nope. I just stopped treating normal life like a human rights violation. Turns out, perpetual outrage is terrible for your complexion. Leaving the Democrats was the best decision I ever made.
