Wow, why is this movie doing so badly? Anyone else going to see it?

This week may be a big inflection point for the singularity. We’ve put AI bot vs AI bot in low stakes playgrounds like chatting and gaming. This week, agents were discovered finding security vulnerabilities on the web across the entire tech stack, and may have been for a while. It does not appear humans will be able to keep up with this. So the next logical conclusion is implementing other AI agents to defend against the bad actors. For the first time, we will be relinquishing control over something major to agent vs agent. And who knows what comes next.

We all know the term “don’t tap the glass”. But there is nuance. If a player at the table who genuinely seems inquisitive and is looking to improve asks me something, I will tell them, or pull them off the table and tell them. If a player is arrogant and combative, I will have 0 incentive to help, and will prefer letting them continue believing whatever completely wrong thing they want to argue with everyone about. Ie don’t tap the glass. This is a slam dunk fist pump example of the latter.

Is there anything going on in the poker community that is for the common good, and looks to grow poker in a non self-serving way?

I remember one night I was bringing Heisenberg our German shepherd downstairs for a walk at nighttime. A woman was walking her pit bull prob like 10 yards away. I turn my back, and hear a *smack*. I look, and the woman is face down on the ground, and the pit bull is charging towards us. I hear her say “oh no”. Heisenberg was also the gentlest German shepherd of all time btw. I likely had about 3 seconds to react, my instincts just took over, and I remember saying to myself I’d be going to the ER tonight. I pulled Heisenberg to my side to protect him, stepped my foot forward aggressively at the pit bull, and yelled “back!!”. The pit bull literally skid to a stop like “wtf” 😂, and then turned around and trotted back to his owner. So I’m glad me and Heisen didn’t have to go to the ER that night.
