Afaict this is also the first one-timer goal by a goaltender in NHL history.
THE FIRST RANGERS GOALTENDER TO SCORE A GOAL: IGOR SHESTERKIN

Absolutely incredible effort by 19. The goal scorer's celebration is ridiculous though, as if his effort made the play. This is status quo for soccer though. I'm spoiled from the all the hockey I watch.
Insane sequence from Colombia for their final goal last night 🤯

I feel violated by this every time I look at my home screen

App review process feels like the longest line at the TSA you've ever seen, then you accidentally hold your ID upside-down and are told to get to the back of the line.

Just started reading @introspectVV by @visakanv 🙏 One early thought re: possible improvements, esp re: lack of "animating spirit": this needs to be more interactive/dynamic than a book. It could (should?) be an app/website, a la @thenetworkstate.

Should be able to sync across devices. Should have audio book version that can be toggled easily.

I guess I’m just describing what every book should be 😅 But this one would be especially well suited to this enhanced format.

When and why did “poast” come about?

Why do they revote so many times (or even at all) for Speaker of the House?

By tomorrow morning I'm expecting the headline to read "McCarthy loses 19th speaker vote".

Looked back through some old(-ish) tweets and often I no longer fully agree w/ them or I'd word them slightly differently. Maybe I need to Twitter better. Or maybe this is normal growth/progression. Not sure if this makes me want to tweet more or less.

I think maybe the issue here is that I don't actually have a desire/goal/reason to take notes. I'm not using them to learn, I'm not writing a blog, I'm not working on a (personal) project. They're mostly reminders/todos.
I feel a lot of mental overhead when using Logseq as my sole source of truth. Is it tagged correctly? Will I remember to look here? Am I duplicating across emails and here? If so, did I remember to copy things over? This all might be self imposed mental limitation of mine too.

Really like @logseq. But convos, notes, questions and todos happen in other places: email, scanned PDFs, databases, etc. Was thinking it would be nice to have a central hub that collated it all, then an AI layer on top for smart searching. Then realized this is @memdotai 😅

I've not yet gone all in w/ Mem, mostly bc I prefer to have an outliner mode to expand/collapse bullet points. But I do wonder if I'm missing out on something here, and whether I can/should adapt my note-taking reference frame (from collapsible bullets to atomic notes).
