Wilbon saying Luka doesn’t have a college basketball championship? @RealMikeWilbon yeah idiot, he won the EUROLEAGUE. You know, against professionals? 😂

Almost exactly like their first game, the Sixers come out in the 3rd quarter and decide to play defense.
Their transition offense is exhilarating.

Talking on the court is whatever. Talking down on one of the best players in the game, in an interview, when you don’t have a single NBA W is troubling awareness.

Answers that flew under the radar in Charlotte won't fly on a championship or bust team.
Lamelo on the Wolves expectations this season:
"I don't really throw expectations on nothing. I just go out there and give it my all, try to be the best we can be and let that be where it's at"
Shaq: "I was kind of baffled by that answer. At least say playoffs or something. Expectations for them is to win a championship. He needs to change his mindset"

Yaxel Lendeborg on Luka Doncic:
"I had a lot of respect for him ... but being in there first hand, watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect for him."

Given the Golden State Warriors' history of draft busts, I'd take whatever Yaxel Lendeborg says with a grain of salt.

Ty Jerome scored a career-high 45 points tonight, surpassing Ja Morant’s 44 in 2020 for the most in a season opener in Grizzlies history.
Jerome is the fourth player in NBA history to reach 40 points for the first time in his career in a season opener, joining Morant (2020), Nick Anderson (1992) and Wilt Chamberlain (1959).
