About to do my 1st ever 5k for the fabulous @wuthcharity& wanted to say thanks to @jowhiley for taking the time to do the couch- 5k programme.I've never run more than 2 mins & at 47, perimenopausal, losing muscle tone & the rest.. couldn't have done it without you! Huge thank you
So proud to be fundraising for @wuthcharity on Sunday. Never run more than 5 mins so nervous, but followed couch-5k programme & made up to do this for the 1st time! If you're able to sponsor us, it would mean such a lot!! .
