My piece in @phillymag about my blended family’s unexpected connection through sports is a story that I never expected to write. You don’t have to care about sports to relate. Just be a fan of family in all its many forms tinyurl.com/phillyblend @JoeDeCamara @JamesSeltzer
External Age Never Matches Internal Age, by @sixwords open.substack.com/pub/sixwor…
I time my trips back to see my mom with @Phillies home games. And every time the amazing crew in the ticket office makes it easy for me and my not-so-mobile 84-yr-old mom to enjoy every moment. (And me, mom & the Fightins are on a winning streak)
Does @seatgeek a $1.35 billion company really have only *1* manager helping out customers who have escalated problems which I've been told it will be awhile until someone helps me with the refund they need to issue after I received my tickets after the show had started?

I can vouch for this @sixwords stuff (and a huge admirer of its latest fan, @JesseItzler)
Fast forward to the END of your life.
Now, in 6 worlds or less summarize your entire life. This is a GREAT exercise. It forces you to break through the BS and helps provide a roadmap for how you want to live forward. It also helps you realize what to prioritize!
MINE: Blessed with family, friends and adventures.
Try it.
When I was 23 if you had told me that this was the year a baby being born would be the cognitive behavioral therapist I'd see to try to solve three decades of insomnia I would have said: sounds about right.
5 yrs ago just before the @Eagles played @SuperBowl LII I wrote this for my 7-yr-old son, 4th gen fanatic Birds fan. @JoeGiglioSports @JoeDeCamara medium.com/@larrysmith/6-thi…
Love those six words. And loved watching the game in the Bay among my Philly Brother/Sisterhood (some of us have been watching together since age 8) #birds #FlyEaglesFly
