Scholarship rugby is ruining kids lives!!!!! I’ve a player who’s been Promised the world by his previous coach and now he’s thinking about quitting at 15 with loads of potential because no club has picked him up!! It’s disgusting!! Town team and sign at 16 is the way forward IMO
