It's the year of the 'S' in ESG! Next up we have a star studded panel discussing how we create sustainable, socially conscious neighbourhoods #LDEresi
Amazing case study from Niamh Waldron of @SigmaCapitalLtd showing you can't do social impact from a desktop - you need to get out on the ground and bring a lot of energy! #LDEresi
A packed room today for the #LDEresi conference on ESG and Sustainability in Residential!
Inspiring (and reassuring!) that the sector is taking its social and environmental responsibilities seriously.
Would we make more sustainable choices if our environmental impact were more visible? Marion Baeli of @pdparchitects thinks so + @richard_donnell even thinks we should have mandatory EPCs every 3 years! #LDEresi

HAs built 1 in 5 new homes over last 5 years (councils just 4%). We need everyone at the table if we want to deliver the affordable homes that are needed, & a planning system that gets homes built whilst securing developer contributions. New report I’ve been pleased to work on 👇
Replying to @G15London
With long-term grant funding & a planning system that supports affordable home delivery, we can maintain & grow the number of homes we build, boosting the economy and tackling need.
