A lot of people confuse winning with getting the last word. But if you have to destroy the relationship to win the argument, what exactly did you win?
Politics got people fighting each other harder than they fight for the communities they live in. Red, blue, left, right… meanwhile ordinary people are still asking why groceries, housing, fuel ⛽️and simply surviving cost so damn much. Stop worshipping politicians and start measuring leadership by results.

🩺 UTI vs STI: Know the Difference!
Not every burning sensation when you urinate is a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Understanding the difference between a UTI and an STI is important for your health and well-being.
🔹 UTI – Urinary Tract Infection
A UTI affects the urinary system, including the bladder, urethra, and kidneys.
Common symptoms:
• Burning or pain when urinating
• Frequent urge to urinate
• Cloudy or strong-smelling urine
• Lower abdominal pain
Causes: UTIs are usually caused by bacteria entering the urinary tract. They are not usually sexually transmitted, although sexual activity can increase the risk.
🔹 STI – Sexually Transmitted Infection
An STI is an infection that can be transmitted through sexual contact, including vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Some STIs can also spread through skin-to-skin contact or from mother to baby, depending on the infection.
Common symptoms:
• Unusual discharge
• Itching or irritation
• Genital sores, bumps, or rashes
• Pain during sex or urination
• Sometimes, no symptoms at all
⚠️ IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:
UTIs and STIs are different infections, but their symptoms can overlap. You cannot always tell them apart based on symptoms alone.
✅ Get tested if you suspect an STI.
✅ Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms of a UTI.
✅ Complete your prescribed treatment.
✅ Avoid self-medicating or taking antibiotics without professional advice.
