I have good friends who struggled to get birth records one was very ill and wanted genetic information as she has children herself – at Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland

Governments all over were just as bad. They all passed these children around at their pleasure. They knew what was going on. Churches took the flack of the gov so they didn't care and the churches sold them on and made them work.
