Cold email servers pros and cons. Google: + Cheap (with resellers) + Verification badge + Majority of market - Annoying to setup Microsoft: + Easy to setup + Extremely reliable - No profile picture - Somewhat expensive AWS (Amazon Web Service): + Dirt cheap + Braindead to setup - Easy to get blacklisted

new cold email tactic: mentioning colleagues. Start off by saying "hey {{first_name}}, wasn't sure if I should reach out to you or {{colleague name}}." We have an internal scraper that automates this should I drop it?

My 7-figure business makes $30k-$100k/mo from LinkedIn alone. You would think it takes effort… But it’s almost completely automated 🤣 Literally under 30 minutes/day. If you’ve been sleeping on LinkedIn… I’m going to show you how to PRINT with it in this post. But first you’re going to need sales navigator. If you don’t want to pay then don’t worry… With a referral link you can get 2 months for free. And if you follow this guide to a T you’ll make the $99 it costs easily. Unfortunately I can’t give out any more referrals. But my community has thousands of LinkedIn users. It should be easy to get one from there. Now before you send any messages you need to optimize your account so they get accepted. You need: • A good profile • Good content • High engagement Starting with the profile. Let’s get the obvious out the way. - Formal headshot - Professional banner - Bio with ICP, service and authority - Social proof and results - Link to your website Aside from that? You should get an identity verification badge for more credibility. If you live in the US, Canada, Mexico or India, This is all you have to do: - Go to your profile - Click “More” - Click “About this profile” - Click “Get verified” - Scan the QR code - Hold your face in the circle If you live somewhere else you’ll have to provide the first page of your passport as well. You can also modify your pronouns to be literally anything you want. Try and use them to build authority. (Mine is “Lead Gen Jay”) Now for the content? Unfortunately this can’t be 100% automated. But doing it manually only takes a few minutes. - Sign up for Supergrow(.)ai - Go to the ideas section - Enter your niche - Generate post ideas - Compare them to viral posts - Choose ideas - Convert them to posts You want to be posting 3-5 days a week. For me the best days are wednesday, thursday, and saturday. And the best time is during 11-12 AM. But remember most of your content needs to be valuable. People will trust you only if you show you’re an expert. For engagement? Make a list of 50-100 creators who have your ICP. You’ll be commenting on their posts every day either manually or automatically. If you’re going manually… 1) Analyze the post 2) Add value, humor or opinions 3) Use images to stand out If you’re going automatically… 1) Sign up for PowerIn(.)io 2) Import your 50-100 creators 3) Insert keywords in your niche 4) Personalize tone Typically the automated version will get less engagement. But if you’re short on time it works well enough. So your profile is optimized. (mine for reference: linkedin.com/in/dr-jay-feldm…) Now let’s take a look at the message limits. Connection requests: 30/day Classic messages: 15/day Free inmail messages: 50/mo Starting with connection requests… You need to give them a strong reason to connect. I’ve found the best way to do that is with a lead magnet (free resource). It can be something small like a template or report. Or something big like a course or software. Just say you’re giving it to them because you gained value from their content. Then ask them to connect to get it. In the email you want to do the same thing. To automate this use closely. hq. It has a database of LinkedIn profiles in nearly every niche. With it you can create automated flows for LinkedIn AND email. So your prospects are reminded twice. And you look more human. This is the ideal flow: ➢ View profile (wait 1 day) ➢ Like post (wait 2) ➢ Send request (wait 1) ➢ Send email (wait 1) ➢ Endorse their skills (wait 2) ➢ Follow up message (wait 1) ➢ Follow up email You only want to use the {first name} field with AI. Anything else usually won’t work. Next classic messages. You can send 15/day to first degree connections. To use this you have to join groups with your ICP and message them. Just put your niche in the search bar and you should see some come up. The difference with these is that you have more breathing room. So if you’re doing it manually… Use that room to personalize your message as much as possible. Mention their recent posts, important events, unique achievements, etc. Otherwise? Just include more social proof and authority. Along with results from your lead magnet or offer. You can send 50 free inmails a month. The same rules generally apply from classic messages. But I would highly recommend you don’t automate these because of their rarity. One final tip… If you are doing this manually? Call them a variation of their name instead of what’s on their profile. For example if their name is “Jonathan” call them “Jon” instead. This will let them know you’re not AI. (Works for email too) Save this if you found it valuable. Forgetting it might cost you in the long run.

Not using AI to automate your business is like shooting yourself in the foot and trying to win a race. Painful and inefficient.

I’m worth $15,000,000 at 32. At 26 I had over $500,000 in debt. If I could give advice to my 26-year-old self to get to $100k/mo as quickly as possible, this is what I’d say… (A thread)

Content takes volume and idea iteration. Cold emailing takes volume and split tests. Cold calling takes volume and feedback review. Every lead gen problem can either be solved by doing more or by doing it better.

I took my agency from $0-$100k/mo in under six months. Didn’t run any ads. Didn’t make any content. Didn’t optimize for ANY seo. Yet I was still getting leads for under $1. How? Cold email. But not the braindead “spray and pray” approach you see being preached. No. Thoughtful. Effective. & VALUABLE. Emails that actually work: • Get opened • Get read • Get replies And almost NEVER go to spam. Want to learn? Comment “Mail”
