This is a pretty serious lie by Mark Carney - no two ways about it. He's Chair of Brookfield's board as they vote to move HQ out of Canada to New York City, & chaired the meeting where the board voted to do so. Then...they move....in November. It's one thing to have a terrible take on fentanyl as a "concern" in Canada, when it's a real-time tragedy of a massive scope, & he did that 2 1/2 weeks ago. That's just a dangerous & bad opinion. It's another thing to call yourself a "globalist" & "elitist", & he did that 2 weekends ago. That's outing yourself for the world to see. The Brookfield statement is a falsehood, & there's a reason people lie about things they are well aware are true.
