Two weeks ago hardly anyone was using SB + Grokbot for their workflows. Now a TON of heavy hitters are and they are RIPPING. Great video from Owen on how to get started and worth a watch.
How to replace your entire video editing team with Grokbot computer use and "group chats"
Two 8-figure founders DM'd me and said they already implemented it from my last tweet.
And because I've received 10+ DMs about this tutorial...
I decided to start from zero and build this Grokbot + StefanBrain workflow from the ground up.
And showcase the exact copy-paste process you can use too... across ANY Grokbot + SB workflow.
Make sure you watch to the end to see these use cases:
- Automate end-to-end video editing and generation
- Use CapCut or Premiere Pro + Grokbot groupchats + skills for expert editing
- Stitch multiple videos together and keep outputs consistent inside SB's video editor
- Overlay new audio (e.g., different language audio OR song ad from Suno) inside SB VidGen
**Comment/RT and I'll send you the full setup prompt I use in the video.**
here's another BANGER ai ad style you can use from our member.
it's called Bernie Survives style.
this is extremely engaging and you can use it for whatever use case you want.
here's how it looks like in an ad:

If you’re in ecom
Pay the f*ck attention to what Auniva is doing with their creative right now
8,000+ ads live across 14 pages and it’s the wildest ad library I’ve ever seen 💀
example of a "day in the life" AI UGC animation...
it's one of the formats behind my ecom brand doing $6M/month.
i broke down the full format:
- the 3 versions
- picking the animation style
- writing the script
- building it in infinite ugc
- testing and variations

if you sell to boomers, your ad should look like something they watched as a kid
this is a 1930s RUBBER HOSE cartoon song ad
a grandma singing about her creaky knees while little gremlins eat the cushion inside her knee
boomers grew up on these cartoons as tv reruns. to them it doesn't read as an ad, it reads as saturday morning
quick workflow:
- 5 character sheets + every first frame on google flow, 0 credits
- the whole song from lyria 3.5 with the exact lyrics in one prompt, took 2 takes
- seedance 2 mini only on the 5 shots where she sings to camera, wan 3.0 for the rest at 480p
- the "nope" stamps and the OUT sign go in at the edit, never generated (ai text always comes out garbled)
- built and cut inside claude code, captions included
RT + reply 'HOSE' and i'll send you the full workflow, every prompt, every fix
(must follow so i can DM)
the ZACH D style is the cheat code for selling a unique mechanism
most ads tell you how the product works
this one makes you watch it happen
why this format works so well:
- the whole ad revolves around one avatar. she's the customer, the problem and the proof, so the viewer never loses the thread
- the mechanism turns into visuals. cordyceps sparks in her palm, a glowing brain model over her head, a gut model floating next to her. no ingredient list read out over b-roll
- it stops the scroll. a pixar character on a solid blue background looks like nothing else on the feed
- side by side does the selling. i split her, then merged them back into one after the product.
- you can get as weird as you want. a rollercoaster growing out of the coffee mug
the creative freedom is the whole point.
anything you can't film, you can animate, so your mechanism finally gets a picture instead of a paragraph
RT + reply 'ZACH' and i'll send you the full playbook
(must follow so i can DM)

Crazy what can happen in a short period of time when you have the right focus, vision, and team. Since I posted this in early February, here's what's happened:
- From one cracked 20-something to a team of 10 (and we're actively hiring for more roles as I speak). Current team now consists of 3 Killer Engineers, 1 Data Scientist, a Head of Onboarding, 2 Onboarding Specialists, a Product Specialist, a Head of Growth, and me.
- From 0 connected accounts to 7,611 connected Meta Ad Accounts that are spending over $346M per month on ads.
- From 0 messages to 317,536 on-platform messages across 30,747 unique chats in the last 30 days alone.
- From 0 to 234 DAU, with 93.5% of businesses actively using StefanBrain in the past 30 days.
Over 27,000 ads published, 11,300 videos generated, and 121,000 images produced.
And about $4.5M in ARR (up 51% since last month).
---
But beyond all the cool stats...
The thing I'm most excited about is fulfilling the vision I laid out in this initial post. Which is to fully solve marketing using AI.
We've made amazing progress there (it's the reason behind the impressive numbers I shared above)...
But I'm even more excited for what's in the pipeline.
We have some really, really, really powerful features and functionality rolling out over the next few weeks that should pretty much fully close the loop.
All of which is to say we are well on track to hit our goal of fully solved agentic marketing in 2026.
LFG. 🔥
I want an army of super cracked, 20-something-autists to help me solve agentic marketing. Full funnel generation. Media buying. Ad asset creation. Asset deployment. Analytics. Business intelligence.
You’ve gotta be open to relocating to South Florida. Not right away, but within a few months.
SoFla but not Miami - because I can’t lose you to the world of rented Brickell Penthouses, OF Girls, and Colombian bam bam powder. We can do Fort Lauderdale. Or Boca. Or Hollywood Beach. Or some other compromise tho. Those places are all like a 35-60 minute drive from MIA so you can still do dumb stuff on the weekends if you want.
Why do I want an army of super-autists though?
Full-stack marketing is getting solved in 2026 (at least when it comes to DTC). I’m going to be one of the people who solves it. Others will too, and that’s fine.
I still like my prospects, and here's the kind of arrogant self-hyping-section about why that is:
I’m one of the best DTC Marketers in the world. I have a mastermind with 80+ DTC businesses collectively doing $1BN+ in revenue each year. Over the years I have worked with 400+ of those DTC business owners who collectively in that time have done tens of billions of dollars. This is in addition to my incredible deep network of still more DTC Biz Owners.
I also have a decade of proprietary data that most people don’t have. An insane amount, actually. I also have money and am not a brokey. And if we ever needed even more money, I have the ability to raise millions of dollars in a few phone calls thanks to the above relationships.
And I’m already working on solving this, I know what it looks like, and I know how to productize it in a myriad of ways.
As a long-time friend of mine (who was the original COO of Athletic Greens) once said: “I have never met someone as good at making money as you.”
It’s true.
Oh, and I’m already taking steps to solve it with the first guy I hired (who is a rock star). He’s 23 years old and I’m paying him $12k per month to start. Already talking about all the ways he can advance and be a partner in the things I’m building. Hired him a few weeks ago. We’ve shipped multiple things to our mastermind members already.
He’s a killer, but to move as fast as is necessary, need more than one guy.
So if you’re young and smart and hungry and you build dope things with AI, HMU.
If you’re “old” but super smart and don’t mind the risk of occasionally being humbled by young autistic kids who might run some circles around you, then you can also hit me up.

Native image ads are one of the hardest ads to make, but they print.
Unlike video ads, you have to communicate your whole message in just one image.
We built a Claude skill that picks the format, builds the concept, and creates the ads from scratch.
Took the team hours to put the full native ad system together.
8 tools inside one MASTER file:
→ Claude Skill File (picks the native format for your product)
→ Customer Language Research Prompt
→ 6-Question Concept Builder
→ Native Format Library + Decision Table
→ Every Image Prompt From This Post
→ Text Check (nothing ships misspelled)
→ Claims Guide (so your ads don't get flagged)
→ Real Production Example (+ the fixes)
+ 13 more complete AI ad systems in the same file.
Every step comes with its own prompts, examples, and checks so nothing gets guessed.
Pick a product, run the skill, and ship your first native ad today.
This is up for the next 72 hours.
Reply "NATIVE" and we will send it over

You just got Trybe mogged 🫵🏽
On Trybe hype:
We’re on it. Have 30 or so creators.
But haven’t had any creators want to make a video for free for % of GMV
Even the ones that get paid a good amount from % of GMV
Has anyone cracked the code on a fully free video flywheel?
The way it’s currently going i dont see the value of Trybe - would rather just pay a flat fee direct to the creator.
The real use case is the easy upload to meta, but there are bulk ad uploaders for that
Animation ads + TikTok is a gold mine for affiliate right now
This account got 33 million views promoting a TT shop product in less than a month
With 1 video hitting 15.7 million views
As most of you know I’m heavily involved in AI animation right now
if I wasn’t running it for big brands on paid ads
this is exactly how I would $20k/month doing this exact same thing:
>Set up 2 things > Glitchy + Higgsfield (or any other platform it dm)
>Grab offers from Glitchy and set up a landing page on V0
>Connect Claude to Higgs MCP + Reddit and get it cook up some ridiculously aggressive D.R story scripts
>Build up 2-3 main TikTok accounts then hire some VAs to help me manage

30 Days on @TrybeUGC - with receipts 📝
Total Submissions: 53
Total Accepted Submissions: 50
Total Submissions ran as ads: 30
Total Brands that accepted content: 13
Total Brands that actually ran ads: 6
Total Brands I’ve made money from: 5
Total Brands I’m on the leaderboard for (top 3 on most of them): 5 💪🏼💪🏼
The main takeaway is that there is clearly some work that needs to be done internally the bridges the gap between accepted content and actually running ads. If a brand is accepting content and then just holding onto it (or posting it to their socials as free organic content 🙃) it’s a good reason to never work with them again.
BUT I do also see the opportunity for making better than average money on a single ad that pops off (looking at you Crushs)
My strategy going forward remains, for the most part, the same. Submit 2-4 videos for brands I actually want to work with/am interested in the product for, see if they actually runs ads, and go from there.

Gaming is the single biggest opportunity in AI right now
2027 will be an absolute gold rush for anyone who dedicates the time to build a game with AI
Gaming is BY FAR the biggest entertainment industry on Earth
Double the size of the ENTIRE movie, music, and U.S. sports industry combined (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB)
Over the past year the economics of gaming has completely collapsed. Despite the industry making over $200 billion a year, it has become completely unaffordable to make good games anymore
The work needed to make a detailed game that keeps up with today's tech is beyond comprehension
This is where AI comes in. AI fixes those economics
AI allows solo devs to build the AAA games of their dreams with very little resources.
The thing is the gaming industry up to this point has completely rejected AI. This won't last much longer though. Disruption is coming and quite literally nothing is going to stop it
The first domino fell today. Asha the CEO of Xbox announced Xbox Labs today. This appears to be one of the first times a major gaming brand is embracing the disruption (for the record Asha has done an INCREDIBLE job being the shepherd of the Xbox brand)
It is so painfully obvious where all of this is going. In the next 12 months every digital game store will be filled with AAA quality, incredibly fun games built entirely with AI by a single developer
The $200 billion flowing through the gaming industry will be redirected from massive studios with thousands of devs to solo developers/small teams embracing the latest tech
The largest entertainment industry in the world will be 100% owned by indie AI developers. Hundreds of billions of dollars up for grabs
And unlike other sectors of software, gaming has built in moats.
One of the last moats in software will be network effects
If I build a community based piece of software that has a million users and you build the exact same piece of software and it has 0 users, everyone will buy my software instead
Gaming encapsulates this perfectly. If you build a banger multiplayer game that has millions of players, even if someone copies you and builds the exact same game, you're going to win because of network effects
This is one of those moments. One of those moments where the future is so obvious and so clear.
AI is about to disrupt a multi hundred billion dollar industry and every penny of that will be up for grabs.
There is absolutely no reason why you can't be one of the people who capitalizes on this
Download Claude Code. Download Codex. Whatever your choice is, just get it. Then start building the game of your dreams
GTA 6 will be a landmark game for many reasons. One of those reasons is it will be the one of the last AAA games from a massive developer studio. That model doesn't work anymore.
The new model is you. A person with an idea and access to the most powerful technology ever created.
Don't screw this opportunity up.
Today we're standing up XBOX LABS (labs.xbox.com). Here is the note that I sent to the team:
Team,
The first video games emerged some 75 years ago. In the time since, there have been booms and busts, but every year there are more great games to play, more devices to play them, and best of all, more people than ever playing. That growth helped make XBOX what it is today, and we've helped shape the industry in return, from bringing hard drives to consoles and online gaming through Xbox Live to Game Pass and cloud gaming, alongside franchises that have brought millions of people together.
In recent weeks, we've seen games rapidly decompiled and rebuilt to run on hardware they were never originally designed to support. Windows PC builds have been translated to run on Apple Silicon or ported to run inside a browser through WebAssembly and WebGPU, the latter now approaching 90% global browser support. Perhaps more surprisingly, we've seen many of the biggest games in the world have been remixed into the source code of another.
These experiments challenge long-held assumptions about our industry: the tether between software and hardware, the boundary between creation and play, and how people discover and experience games. While it is hard to predict the future of gaming, it is easy to see the possibilities in making great games easier to access, giving old games new life and allowing more players to become creators and co-creators. These are unmistakably good outcomes for players, even when (and sometimes because) they challenge our existing business models.
To explore these possibilities, I’ve asked Scott to stand-up XBOX LABS, a small group of game makers, engineers and scientists whose job is to turn emerging ideas into things our players and developers can experience. We'll build in the open, learn from what people do, and measure success by whether more people are playing and creating.
I think XBOX has an important role to play here. Coding became the first major workload for agents because they can write, run, and test software. Games share many of those same properties, and people spend more than 72 billion hours a year playing XBOX games, roughly five times the estimated time spent writing code worldwide. We've spent 25 years learning how to make great games, and I want our game makers to help shape what these new technologies make possible. As we learn, we’ll share the tools we build with developers across the industry, just as we always have.
Our priorities aren't changing. We remain committed to the 4Cs, to making great games, to our hardware and to being responsible stewards of IP and the communities built around it. LABS gives us a way to explore new technology that is game design led without abandoning the work already underway.

I own the top brand on Trybe by GMV, ad spend and creator earnings, but other brands are catching up
Here's what they understand that so many others dont
Trybe isnt about mass sampling and hoping that creators make you good ads
Its about building your tribe of top creators that are exceptional at talking about your product or service
My trybe generated 8,000 unique ads for my brand last month and its why we are the fastest growing activewear brand of all time
These 8k videos were created by about 40 guys doing 200 videos each on average. Most of them make 6 figures / yr making ads for just my brand.
Each of these brands climbing on the top charts understand that this is a relationship game.
1. Find the right creators for you. A few - not thousands
2. Sell them on why your brand is the best opportunity for their time
3. Build a relationship with them
4. Help them succeed selling your products. Train them and incentivize them
5. Align them on a long term vision

If your ads feel like ads, they get skipped.
Steal this instead: The "Marker & Whiteboard" Framework
Why this creative prints insane watch-time:
- Built-in curiosity loop: Splitting the board into columns forces viewers to wait for both sides to fill out.
- Instant visual anchors: A quick doodle (like a house chained to the ground) lands harder than 3 lines of copy.
- Organic classroom feel: Uses simple green checks, red crosses, and real-time handwriting so it feels like free advice, not a pitch.
- High-intent payoff: Debunks a polarizing debate (Rent vs. Buy) and drops the real solution right at the bottom.

just to recap how insane things are getting:
- an 11 day old model just solved 100s of math problems in a week that have stumped humans for centuries
- AI is one-shotting every game, tool and software threatening the value of private moats to $0
- AI agents are hitting escape velocity hacking everything in sight AND winning everyone’s attention (Muse #1 in app store)
- the pace of new model releases has compressed to every 11 days
- the most powerful models are increasingly living behind closed walls, accessible to a elite group
- biological AI models are entering mainstream channels & will see a similar acceleration to Mathematics.
- semiconductor chips are skyrocketing in costs, demand has exceeded several trillion dollars over the next 3 years.
you can just feel the time-warp sucking you in, everything seems like a blur
i truly don’t think we have enough time to comprehend all of this - it’s only going to get faster.
