Folks are getting intubated due to altered mental status and ending up in ICU.
Are others on the East Coast seeing a recent change? Aware of data from @TraciCGreen1 but this is seemingly abrupt change.
Also, anyone know of any moves toward hospital xylazine testing?

We are seeing an uptick in overdoses with very prolonged sedation/altered mental status unresponsive to naloxone @The_BMC.
Typically no benzos onboard. Highly suspicious for xylazine, perhaps in higher concentration in recent batches of dope.
