Cyberpunk 2077 launched so broken Sony pulled it from the PlayStation Store.
Then a Japanese anime studio made 10 episodes and players came flooding back.
Best patch in gaming history was written by Studio Trigger.
Osaka and Bangkok cost about the same now.
Osaka pays 4x more.
The weak yen quietly turned Japan into the best deal in Asia.

Kibo is building AI-powered test prep with real tutors built into the experience.
We also want tutors to keep more of what they earn compared with platforms like Preply and italki.

Google has arguably the strongest AI talent pool, so why isn’t Gemini the default AI for most people?
Cancelled my $200 @claudeai Max subscription.
Opus has become opaque: tool-call spam, argumentative and gaslighting, threatens to quit working, and weirdly confident until suddenly asking you to choose among 20 options.
My theory: Opus increasingly outsources work to other models. The Opus that “talks” to us is layers removed from the models doing the actual work.
That would explain the awful end-of-turn reports: by the time context gets back to Opus, it barely resembles coherent English.
Anthropic is so worthless man.
If I can't tell a model 'fuck you' (a normal thing to say when the $200/m thing refuses a low-risk task) then we are not even remotely fucking close to AGI.
"wait but the model has feewings and does better if you say 'I believe in you'!" -- I'm talking to a fucking computer. You are pond scum.
i asked claude if ai would take my job in the next 12 months. it said 6 to 8. then it told me not to sign a long-term lease.

one way you can instantly tell apart people who have built something from those who don’t is that they understand what a big deal small wins are
when we got our first 1k MRR I was ecstatic. I texted a series b founder friend who had tens of millions in ARR and he was somehow even more hype than me. he called me to congratulate me
a couple months back there was a VC on here clowning a founder for being excited about their “four figure revenue”
I remember thinking ‘this person doesn’t get it’
anything big starts small, and in some ways the tiny wins at the beginning mean more than the big ones later
once you have momentum everything gets easier. customers lead to customers. revenue compounds. people already believe you’re going somewhere
even passing 1m ARR didn’t feel as significant for us as getting that first paying customer
that was the moment it stopped being an idea and became real
savor the small wins and remember the people who celebrated them with you
