FORTIFY Bones study is recruiting men or postmenopausal women aged 50 years and over who are willing to participate in twice weekly exercise for 12 months in Waterloo, Saskatoon, or Markham, and who have low bone mineral density, osteopenia, or osteoporosis, and are not taking osteoporosis medication.
