This morning, we explored 4 of the 5 senses to understand what the setting of London was like during the Great Fire of London. We used adjectives to describe and made great use of our oracy sentence stems! We also used our red thinking hat to discuss feelings. @RowParkAcademy

We have been exploring how jobs have changed and whether or not our dream job existed back in the 1600s as well as building our own personal timelines to understand ordering events. Year 2 are loving their Challenge Outcome! 🔥🪵💨 @RowParkAcademy

Year 2 have been baking up a storm this afternoon. We explored safe ways to prepare food and followed our class-made recipe for an exciting sugar cookie. We can’t wait to decorate them tomorrow and present them in our Bake Off! 🍪👩🏼‍🍳✨ @RowParkAcademy

During our first 2 days, our lovely new year 2’s worked as a team to build the tallest tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows! They communicated well and problem solved to build some impressive towers 🍝👏🏼 @RowParkAcademy
