Emergency responders are now reporting there is a large protest forming on the south end of the prison being disruptive to first responders. Law enforcement are responding to the protest.

STILLWATER PRISON: Multiple agencies are responding to what is being reported as a "prison takeover." Washington County dispatchers report getting a call from prison staff requesting additional police, fire, and EMS to assist prison staff on site with the situation.
