I’d rather hire a 9/10 marketer who is a 2/10 at AI than a 6/10 marketer who is a 10/10 at AI

the salesforce of the future is creators.
creators will be your salespeople, the sales conversation becomes their content.
it is the embodiment of pull marketing, and it’s the most perfect, scientific blend of direct response and brand marketing.

this is a super niche question but i know cracked marketers will agree or point me in the right direction.
if no one has it then i’m gonna vibe code it, but picture this:
you and/or your media buyer are trying to scale spend while scaling the sales team.
is there a way where i can see.. you know we have our calendar open 3-4 days out… and i basically want to see a capacity map?
so like it’s connected to all of my closers’ Calendly accounts so it can see how many “open slots” they have, and on the date it just shows the number of open slots.
obviously the goal is to kill the calendar space, get as close to capacity as possible, but this would be a dope way to manage spend, pre-determine when you need to hire, etc.
and then it could be dynamic so like as the days go on it extends to show you availability.
so imagine being able to see “total open slots” and every booking knocks the number down.
currently right now i have to ask my sales manager how many open slots we have, but a tool like this would be FIRE.
if someone is doing this more efficiently let me know.

..when there is an influx of information in the world
having clarity on what to do, when to do it, and how to do it becomes the edge..
you have to lean into advantages
i opened up a consulting group about 60 days ago, full of killer operators, marketers & offer owners
i literally give them everything i’ve used & am actively using & learning to scale the offers we’re on.. like i’m not kidding EVERYTHING
this is NOT meant for beginners but if you’re an offer owner/marketer/operator
…i’m teaching how to see the market differently then your comp
…how to execute better then 99% of your comp
..& i have a huge influx of offers & clients that come across my table that i have to pass on & i’ve already been able to provide multiple connections & client partnerships with the people in there..
..this is the signal in a world full of noise..
comment “truth” & i’ll send u the doc to get more info & join
it’ll be the best money you’ve spent all year

was in plane today and someone asked me what’s all needed to launch a product online
the simple answer is a solution to a painpoint and a way to get it in front of people
at scale the answer is obviously more detailed then that so i decided to just write out the necessary activities that would cover what’s all needed
free wrote this, no help with AI
let me know what i’m missing and then i’ll drop it here as a checklist everyone can use

everyone loves to blame poor sales on bad creatives or tight budgets.
but in most cases?
the real problem usually is how you target, how you track, and how you audit performance.
we just analyzed $863K in cash collected last month across our active clients and found patterns behind why some crush... and others well... suck
If you want the full teardown (with the exact metrics we look at)…
like + reply “audit” & i’ll DM it to you (gotta be following)

the only to-do every builder needs right now:
create and ship attention-generating assets
there is no wrong content. the only mistake is staying obscure
feedback loops are better than perfection
distribution beats hesitation
PMF is just progressive clarity
every asset removes an unknown
every view is market research
every reply sharpens the offer
and if you had perfect clarity on what your market wanted…
you could scale to 7-figures in 24 hours

Dear founders,
You know you've made it when someone copies what you built, and you feel nothing.
No outrage. No need to tweet about it. Maybe just a quiet "that's cool" in your head.
Because by the time people start tracing your work, you've already moved on from it.
They see the output and think they've found the secret. But what they're really copying is the surface. The color palette, the landing page, the app you built, the video you posted.
They miss the hard stuff. The thinking, the missteps, the late-night gut checks that made it actually work.
It's like watching someone trace the Mona Lisa without understanding why people actually line up to see it.
And they'll never catch up, because they don't know what you're about to do next.
So let them follow your breadcrumbs. Let them trace the moves you made months ago.
Because while they're playing catch-up, you're already deep into what's next....faster, weirder, smarter.
They're stuck playing a game you've already abandoned, fighting over table scraps while you're onto the next feast.
And they just confirmed what you already knew: you're the one worth following.
Each imitator only validates your vision and almost fires you up to push even further ahead.
So to all my founder friends out there...
If they're copying you, you already won. Start feeling nothing. No anger, no anxiety, no angst.
Keep building, my friends.

the 5 most important metrics for any company in the next decade:
1. Impact per Person: Measures output relative to headcount. core kpi for lean, high leverage teams
2. Insights per Minute: Measures how fast your org turns data into decisions. Indicator for intelligence velocity.
3. Time to Action (TTA): Measures how long it takes from insights to actual execution. The shorter, the more agile and competitive.
4. Time to First Impact: Measures how quickly a customer reaches their first meaningful outcome.
5. Output per System: Measures how much value (actions, insights, leads, etc) is produced per process, workflow or agent.
Everything becomes a game of speed and distribution.
Impact and velocity are the levers—stacked on top of earned distribution.
