Good day everyone!
My name is Dami, and my team and I are currently conducting user research on the hospitality sector in Nigeria (hotels, shortlets, and resorts).
We are trying to understand the major pain points of Nigerian when bookings for (hotels, shortlets, and resorts).
so we can build a better, more transparent platform to solve them.
It will take less than 2 minutes to fill out this quick form. Your insights will mean the world to us:

Please feel free to share it with friends, colleagues, or anyone.
Thank you so much.
This is still the beginning.
I'll keep sharing what I'm building, what breaks, what works, and what I learn along the way.
If you're building products for Africa, I'd love to connect and learn from your journey too.

Under the hood, Zenith combines market listings, verified property data, and economic indicators to generate fair market value benchmarks across Nigeria.
The objective isn't to replace human judgment.
It's to give people better information before making expensive decisions.
One feature I'm particularly excited about is anomaly detection.
If a detached duplex is listed below the typical price of a 2-bedroom flat in the same area, Zenith flags it for review.
Sometimes a bargain is real.
Sometimes it deserves a second look.
So I built Zenith around one idea:
Every property should be compared against what similar properties actually cost in the same location—not just anywhere in Nigeria.
Location changes everything.
Zenith understands Nigeria's geography in layers:
State → LGA → Neighborhood.
If neighborhood data isn't available, it intelligently falls back to the LGA average instead of failing completely.
That means more reliable estimates, even when data is limited.
Today I shipped Zenith v2.0.
It's an AI-powered property valuation and fraud detection engine built for the Nigerian real estate market.
The goal is simple: make it easier to know whether a property's asking price is fair—or a red flag.

And the truth is, this list isn't exhaustive.
There are countless other women making meaningful contributions every day, often quietly, but with impact that continues to shape the future of Bitcoin.

Most people think analytics is just about dashboards.
It isn't.
Knowing the difference between descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics can completely change how you solve business problems.
🧵
A simple retail example:
Sales dropped.
Descriptive shows the drop.
Diagnostic reveals it came from one region.
Predictive forecasts demand will stay low.
Prescriptive recommends moving stock to stronger markets.
