You know what the best part of my day is? It's for about ten seconds from when I wake up to when I open Twitter. Because I think maybe I'll click the icon and Twitter won't be there. No goodbye, no see you later, no nothin'. Just gone.
The winner of the Nathan Fielder lookalike contest in San Francisco has to make a documentary about the winner of the Elizabeth Holmes lookalike contest in New York. Anyway, Nov. 7 at 1pm looks to be a big day and time for lookalikes.

The only thing tackier than Obama’s joke that Trump has the White House looking like if Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory is Trump’s White House.
When you’re worth a trillion, why not throw around $500 million or so to try and buy a politician or two. It’s not a big deal if Elon’s candidates lose. He’ll still be worth a trillion and above the law no matter what. He’ll just be *more* above the law with republicans.

The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

Of course measles is running rampant. This was bound to happen when we confirmed a health secretary whose pronouns are Me/A/Sles.
It’s times like this, when we’re in the midst of the largest measles outbreak in 30 years, that I wish we didn’t have a pro-disease health secretary.
FYI, that amount of money is next to nothing for a trillionaire. That’s like a millionaire donating $150 to a campaign. Elon could quadruple this kind of spending 10 times over in a single campaign and it would still be a pittance to him, a rounding error.
