Absolute LIES! If sharing a network isn't a reason, why do ban notes explicitly state accounts were terminated simply for being "linked to a blocked account"? You destroyed thousands of innocent household profiles, stole paid assets, and ignored our legal MIDR!

I run a Roblox news account, and for months, my DMs/replies/feed have been spammed with people asking for help over enforcement bans they say are false
A lot of them only seem to get meaningful attention once a developer, creator, or large Twitter account publicly escalates the case and funny enough, some of those people actually do get unbanned afterwards lol
If these decisions are as reliable as you’re saying, why does public pressure seem to be what gets them reversed?
Saying “we use multiple signals” doesn’t address the number, not number but GROWING NUMBER of users who feel the only reliable appeal system is having an audience.

How many appeals do people have to spam before someone actually reviews their case?
How many days do they have to spend posting publicly just to get an admins attention?
And how many people are supposed to sit in complete silence and gamble on whether they’ll randomly wake up unbanned?
This should not be the appeals process, at all.

Okay then why is every single device that had Roblox installed in my house just suddenly banned from Roblox? Even an account on a tablet that I haven't used in months got banned. This system is so unbelievably messed up and unfair. It obviously bans based on IP/WiFi.

i literally develop automation systems at my day job, and while we would like our systems to be perfect, they arent, so thats why at the very least, these appeals should not get auto denied in 5 minutes and instead get carefully reviewed by a human and even better, to improve the automation

@Roblox - I'm so anxious everytime I begin logging on. I have been here since 2011, that's a long time of dedication to your site.
I'm always wondering if I will find my account randomly terminated possibly bc of an innocent word in the english language that I used, the upload of a re-colored item, an enforcement ban, 2D brand items I made 13 years ago when I was a child or any other number of crazy reasons that I have been seeing so many people post about recently.
My brother mrmudman was termed like this for clothing items he uploaded as a child more than a decade ago :(
Support just does not listen, respond or even feel real.
I wonder why you are so absolutely hardline and not negotiable, especially with your most loyal and longstanding account holders who have been steadfastly supporting you from your beginning.
Is punishing your most enduring players like this without hearing them out a good idea?
I feel that it's just an awful way to be treated.
It should be a joy to log on - not a fear!

so i got my adroit dispute against roblox thrown out, turns out a real human at @Roblox sat down and verified that my account is falsely enforcement banned, then used that as a loophole to throw out the case, since i myself didnt break any rules it doesnt fall under adroit scope.

Stop this bullshit, @Roblox. People spend years building their groups, and one ban can wipe out their livelihood overnight. Decisions this serious need proper reviews and fair appeals. Fix your moderation. People’s livelihoods are on the line.

More than half of recent complaints are regarding an enforcement ban and @Roblox failing to provide each case with a fair chance at appealing.
Most cases taking place in the month of October.
This is not a coincidence. This is an error.
By wrongfully removing loyal, good-standing players from their platform, they are actively damaging their own reputation, eroding player trust, and driving away the very community that keeps their business thriving. A company cannot afford to keep pushing away the people who built its success.

Roblox needs to take these cases seriously. Many of these players have spent a lot of money on their accounts, and many others are creators. These bans are causing Roblox to lose money, yet they still do nothing to address the problem.
