Out of town so I don’t get to touch metal this week 😭
But the boys are back at the shop slinging some serious steel. 500+ studs a day
Looks like it’s time for a new truck😅
What should I look at?
And does this @XMoney card get 3% back on vehicles
Interior sheathing going up on the TREX VAULT.
This is the first of many of these units, so we’ve had lots of learning moments.
End goal is to get production time down to 7 days or less
It's the most rugged, field deployable box ever. Help me name this thing.
Most of them will hold equipment on asphalt plants, but there are plenty of uses cases for when a Connex won't cut it.
@Nopetwit said it looks like a Trex Cage, and a Trex happens to be our mascot/logo (symmTREX).

What is this contraption?
It’s a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (quite the mouthful so DCP test for short)
We use it in geotech to identify soil strengths at various levels beneath the surface
Then, using deep injected polymers, we can mitigate unstable soil, voids, etc
What the heck is prefab/panelization?!
It’s hard to imagine if you’ve never built anything.
Watch below, I had Opus spin up this animation for our website. Next level stuff
Nothing gets me more hyped than seeing our product in action.
Lots of Texas made steel has gone up in this one - with more to be delivered soon
It rains for the first time in forever, and everyone in Texas forgets how to drive
Flashers on, riding brakes, pulling off the road

Minding my own business fixing and excavator when this squad of oinkers rolled up on me.
Walked right past me, I could’ve jumped on one’s back!
Only in Texas

Tomorrow we start production on a brand new product line that we think is going to keep us busy for a while. (Hint - theres a stack of electronics, VFDs, and buckets in background)
Shop is clean, tools are sorted, batteries charged. Ready to rock.
Things that get me fired up on a Wednesday:
- customer field pics of our product in action
- new sales
- finding new automated machines that you didn’t know existed
