Physical activity helps with your physical and mental health. It releases chemicals in your brain (endorphins) that have a positive effect on your mood and your body.
It doesn't take huge changes. Start small and keep moving, whatever your age or ability: bit.ly/44EoSDL

Grateful for the meaningful exchange with Ireland’s Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill at #WHA78.
We discussed our efforts to reimagine WHO/Europe for the future – going back to basics – and I am grateful for Ireland's strong support, including as a member of the Standing Committee.
We also reflected on how WHO/Europe and other UN agencies can work together more efficiently at the regional level to maximize impact and avoid duplication.
I appreciate Minister @CarrollJennifer’s support for my Special Initiative to address violence against women and girls – a priority in the new European Programme of Work. I look forward to Ireland’s support for the Call to Action at this year’s Regional Committee.
