Happy Friday everyone! Hope you hit your goals this week.
What I learned: the 𝕏 algorithm doesn't want me to touch grass. I'm defying it and doing it anyway :)
Getting close to 1,400 followers. That's so many people! I'm grateful for every one of you and hope to keep learning together.
If you're a builder, founder, or building with AI, let's connect!
Go enjoy time with your friends and family, and touch some grass. Just not too much :)
Hi @X - looking to connect with more builders.
I've been building products for 20+ years and honestly wouldn't want to do anything else.
Born and raised in Colombia, also Swiss, and now happily living in the US. Dad of 3 + 2 dogs.
I'm especially interested in developer tools, AI, productivity, knowledge systems, social products, fintech, learning, civic tech, and tools that help people turn ideas into products.
Also have a soft spot for indie games.
Here to meet other builders, share what I'm learning, and keep learning from all of you.
Come say hi, hola, or hallo 👋 Would love to connect.
Early preview. Working on a new design for @korudotdo

I've been using @orca_build for a while now. It is my favorite for complex and long running tasks and Grok bots for simple tasks like fix website or write documentation.
Also tried.
super.engineering has the right tech, didn't like the UX.
herdr although is Rust, it was very laggy for me.
Tried t3 and synara, couldn't stick to them for some reason.
devin, great base models (very fast MCP, I think faster than Grok) but had a lot of trouble with the UX.
cursor, great, powerful cloud environments but I prefer onorca and I don't need cloud.
Will try more on that list this week. Thanks @mattgapp for sharing!

Discord is moving its whole app from JavaScript to Rust.
It's a big deal. Rust apps are faster and lighter, and with AI agents, rewriting an app is way more doable than it used to be.
Are you building with JS and thinking about a Rust rewrite, or not ready yet?
We've been early adopters of Rust since 2018 and a lot of our infra, voice tech, and even some of the current client is already Rust, the holy grail was getting the whole client there. That means Electron goes away, and so does React Native, mobile keeps native UI but shares app code with desktop via Rust. We hope to get it into testing with users soon™. (And it's not Tauri, it's GPUI, so good guess everyone.)
Alright, back to staring at the WoW Forever login screen.
The X algorithm doesn't want me to touch grass. I'm doing it anyway! 😂
Enjoying the fall with Lola 🍂🐕
Hi X! 👋
Looking to connect with fellow founders, builders, and anyone using AI to build products.
Let's follow each other's journeys, share what's working (and what's not), learn from each other, and grow together.
If that's you, let's connect! 🚀

X is brutal. You step away for a couple of days to touch grass, and your engagement falls off a cliff. 😂
Back to work 🫡
What if humans and AI agents could work together as one team?
That's the vision behind @korudotdo.
Just applied to @ycombinator's W27 batch because I believe they'd be great partners to help us turn that vision into reality, faster.
Wish me luck 🤞
Happy Monday everyone!
Hope you hit your goals this week. 💪 🚀
If you like Koru's idea and vision, I'd love if you can help me out with a star on GitHub. It's been harder to grow there than on X :)

I think my frontend bot deserves a raise!
Went from 91 to 100 on performance following its own top 3 recommendations, not bad ... 💪
Hi fellow builders in Build in Public!
I'm looking for more fellow founders, builders, solopreneurs wanting to connect, to learn from each other and grow together.
If that's you, let's connect.
