🌍Today is #WorldSoilDay
📍This day is a reminder of the importance of promoting sustainable management of soil resources.
💧Soil plays an essential role in the supply of drinking water and resistance to floods and droughts.
🌱This year's theme is 'Soil, where food begins'.
Today is #WorldSoilDay 🌱
Pesticides, 🧪 nutrients and heavy machinery have severely depleted #EUSoil
Farming with respect for soil health is the best guarantee for food security
We need to stop trying to outsmart nature & start trying to understand it
