idk if its just me but i dont see the value in all of these ad launchers. yeah launching new ads is a pain in the ass but we had this figured out years ago. literally launching ads from clickup, with all enhancenments and shit off into our sandbox campaigns

OPUS 5.5 just made an entire animated ad by itself for $0 no image generation. no video generation. no editing completely one-shotted by OPUS 5.5 inside claude code i tested it on RYZE mushroom coffee with a single prompt, and then i just waited what it did on its own: - researched the product, the audience and the angle - wrote the script and built the storyboard - pulled the real product images straight from the web - produced the voiceover and the captions itself - rendered the finished ad, ready to post you don't need a stack of paid AI tools anymore. opus 5.5 handles the whole production end to end RT + reply 'OPUS' and i'll send you the complete workflow (must follow so i can DM)

$250k year after taxes in nyc is only like $11k/month take home in nyc that’s honestly nothing
This guy is such a fraud. The NYC mayor makes around $250k a year and there’s a bill poised to be passed by the City Council right now that would raise it to $300k

FABLE 5.1 is f*cking crazy it just automated the most tedious part of making AI UGC ads trained it on my entire ad library, every prompt I've ever used, every script that's ever won now i drop in a competitor's winning ad and it breaks down the hook, the mechanism, the emotional arc, and the exact belief shift making it convert, then rebuilds all of it around my own product: new script, new avatar, same bones that were already working the part that's actually insane: i run this whole thing from my phone no laptop open, no dashboard to babysit. i drop the competitor ad in on my way out the door, go on my walk, and get a notification when the script and avatar are ready for me to approve how it actually finishes without me: > i approve from my phone, one tap, that's the trigger higgsfield MCP picks it up the second i approve and starts generating the actual clips > comes back with variations in podcast, whiteboard, call-in show, SIMPSONS, whatever format the offer needs > my laptop's sitting on my desk the entire time i'm running an entire ad production pipeline from a walk around the block RT + reply 'FABLE' and i'll send you the entire system (must follow so i can DM)

our whole creative ops team is from sa and they’re easily the hardest most talented people i’ve worked with
If you are not hiring in South America you are fumbling so hard. Not even because the win win cost of living arbitrage - valuable, but still small potatoes. The talent to dollar ratio is ridiculous. Brazil has been the best to me; can confirm the cracked Brazilian stereotype, have two of them on my team and they are nothing short of rockstars. I use paired exclusively - this is not a paid promotion at all - message @charlie__chang to get started

Brooklyn. On Meta since 2015, $50M+ of your own money in the arena. Your creative religion: core benefit + bad alternate + objection handlers. Everything else is cope. ABO guy who thinks CBO is for the scared. And it all started with bowls and bongs.

why is abo vs cbo still a debate in 2026 ??? you only run cbo if you're scared of scaling

most brands spending 6 figures/mo on Meta have no idea how few ads are actually carrying the account. built a free Claude skill that shows you in ~2 min - how many ads drive 80% of your spend - what your winners cost vs the rest - what your CPA does when they fatigue ran it on an account spending ~$850k → 80% of spend was driven by just 13 ads. comment "AUDIT" + follow and i'll dm it 🫡

I've been running ads on meta since 2015. spent 10s of millions across my own spend and managing clients. So here's what's been on my mind lately on creative.. For a few years now, almost everyone's ads have looked the same. lofi, ugc, shot on iphone, talking head. it worked, so everyone ran it, and the feed turned into a wall of the same thing. I'm not saying lofi is dead. Plenty of brands are still crushing with it. But I think the sameness created a ceiling? When every ad looks identical, the hard part isn't getting a click anymore, it's literally standing out at all. Especially top of funnel, where you're trying to win someone who's never heard of you. We cut way back on how much UGC/lofi we make. Putting that effort into better production and stories for top of funnel: skits, better filming, etc. Things that make it look like we're putting in an effort to be creative instead of being formulaic (NOT AI SLOP). So if your creative feels like it's plateaued, maybe instead of reaching for another UGC batch first ask when's the last time you shipped something that didn't look like the rest of the feed. ..or just have us do it for you🫡

must read for everyone !!
I see a lot of discussions on the overall poor performance, but zero mentions of the macros. The consumer sentiment is at an actual all-time low right now since it began recording in the 1970s. [1] The sentiment dropped rapidly around March, at the exact same time when "Meta changed attribution". Hmmm..... I can hear already: "macro doesn't matter! Just be a chad brand and scale through it!" Both these positions are true *at the same time*. MACROS MATTER. CHAD SCALING MATTERS MORE. Yes, pragmatically, as a founder, you should mostly ignore macro factors in your business strategy. Fundamentals of commerce/PMF have very little relationships with macro variables. But in practice, it does NOT mean chad scaling brands won't feel the impact. It just means that your growth rate needs to be able to withstand the additional downward pressure (i.e. chad brand scaling at 200% YoY is now scaling 100% YoY. Weaker brands at 50%+ YoY is now -20% YoY, which leads to FUD) It's okay to hold multiple conflicting views at the same time. The world is complex, and your brand's outcome is a vector sum. FLIGHT TO TRUSTED BRANDS During economic downturns, capital flows to safer blue chip assets; this is a well-known dynamic called "flight to quality". Consumers are the same. They will favor trusted brands with an established history. We all agree "brand" is a moat, this is the time when that moat shines, duh. If not now, when? At the same time, turns out rates are NOT going down. That whiplash is real and is scary. The people are really struggling right now, and they have never really had a break since 2020. Meanwhile 401k hardship withdrawal is at ALL TIME HIGH ever since record began [2]. Do you understand how bad it is for people to have to withdraw their 401k early? This is their life savings we are talking about. Things are bad. They aren't going to buy from your little brand (myself included) that is still discovering PMF. TSUNAMI STONES Blah blah blah, so now what? There are tsunami stones on the Japanese coastline that are ancient markers placed by survivors warning future generations not to build below a certain line. After enough time, people forgot why the stones were there, until it happens again. Our memories are shorter than ever before! Consumer sentiment has hit all-time lows before. 401k withdrawals have spiked before. Trusted brands have survived every one of those periods. Weaker ones didn't. The lesson isn't "panic" or "ignore it." It's that this is the baseline you should have always been building for. Build your brand as if this environment is permanent even though the bad times won't last forever. Because eventually, it always returns. 1. fred.stlouisfed.org/series/U… 2. money.usnews.com/money/retir…

made my first dollar online drop shipping bowls and bongs didn’t know anything except that my stoner friends were dropping bread on weed and that’s all it took lmao
I made my first $1 online spamming peoples DMs with blog articles I wrote I can't believe I'm saying this, but 23 years ago. Something in me broke. In a good way. Within 12 months I was running PPC arbitrage between 7search and parked domains on Sedo. Bidding on keywords on 7search, sending traffic to parked pages with a search engine on them. 12 months after that I was posting 5,000+ ads a day on Craigslist. Rotating proxies and PVA (phone verified accounts), and sending people to affiliate offers. All of a sudden a $17K wire hit from a CPA network called Neverblue. I realized I was getting paid more per lead than anyone I knew on FreeCreditReport.c0m. So I started brokering them. Getting paid $45 a lead and paying out $28. This became LiquidOffers.c0m, a small CPA network that my partner and I sold to Empyre Media, for a comically small amount of money. Changed my life forever. Of course I blew every penny of it and became a nightclub promoter for 6 years. But that's a story for another day. That first dollar led me to building and selling DMO for $30M, buying Blue Angles Hearing and selling it to OpenStore. Mentoring at Techstars and Google ...it led to everything. I cannot tell you the magic of making your first dollar on the internet. The 2nd and 3rd order effects can change your life forever. I urge you with every fiber of my being to start if you haven't already.

im sorry but if you can't drop a milly a week at a 0.15 roas then ur ngmi
2019: "If you need a 4x ROAS, you can't scale" 2022: "If you need a 3x ROAS, you can't scale" 2024: "If you need a 2x ROAS, you can't scale" 2026: "If you need a 1x ROAS, you can't scale" Anyone notice a pattern? At what point does this shift from advice to gaslighting?
