Thank you to Sarah, who has once again created a beautiful tribute to the 22 victims who lost their lives on the 22nd May 2017. Please do come and take one of the hearts Sarah has knitted. #Manchester22 #AHeartForMCR #SpiritOfSalford

We have noticed lots more action in the blue tit nest box these last few days! We even managed to spot both parents in the box at the same time :)
The Tea'Osk is now open for summertime hours, 10am to 4pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Hello to Ms. Heron, who appears to have made Light Oaks their spring home 🏡 @lightoakspark
Morning all!
The Tea’Osk is open today from 10am to 2pm.
Can’t promise the weather will improve but we can promise a delicious coffee and some healthy fresh air in the park.
Hope to see you 🙂
Did you know, we run volunteering sessions on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Why not come along, no experience required and we provide all the kit. We even stop for free refreshments from the Tea'Osk. All ages and abilities welcome @spiritofsalford @SalfordCVS
We are back! Finally managed to get back in to our account after weeks of messing about. We start with good news - our camera bird box has been reinstalled after building work on the Summer House. No one has moved in yet, but we have had a visitor. lightoakspark.org.uk/bird-bo…

Thanks for all your hard work this morning, Paul!
Great to pop down to @lightoakspark this afternoon to help out with the fortnightly park maintenance that the friends group of volunteers organise. Also great to meet local business @TasteITmcr who’ve partnered with @lightoakspark’s Tea’osk serving very tasty ice cream.😋🍨🍧🍦

We're delighted to see this partnership take off. If you haven't tried @TasteITMcr's gelato yet, you're truly missing out.
Find them on Blackfriars Rd here in Irwell Riverside for a real treat.
