One of the things I find most exciting about medical innovation is that sometimes the greatest breakthroughs come from discovering new possibilities in treatments we already have. There's still much to learn, but it's exciting to see researchers and medical providers continuing to uncover new ways to help patients not just survive, but thrive. #MedicalInnovation #GLP1 #BreastCancerAwareness oncnursingnews.com/view/glp-…

There’s something pretty special about being in a room full of people who share a common purpose of making life better for others. Last week, I had the privilege of joining some of our @medixteam teammates at the @KAAIllinois Celebration Dinner, an evening dedicated to recognizing the incredible work this organization is doing for children and families in our communities. Kids Above All is an organization near and dear to our hearts at Medix, and we're incredibly proud to support their mission and the opportunities they're creating for young people and families who need it most. A huge thank you to the entire Kids Above All team for the work you do every day and for bringing so many people together around such an important cause. We're grateful to be a small part of it and look forward to continuing to support your mission! #KidsAboveAll #PositivelyImpactingLives

“Beautiful people don’t just happen.” Such a simple statement, but such a powerful reminder from Inky Johnson. We never really know what someone has been through to become the person they are today. The challenges, setbacks, and difficult moments often shape the very qualities we admire most in others. facebook.com/reel/1441533234…

I've always believed sports have an incredible ability to bring people together. And when that same competitive spirit is used to make a difference in the lives of others, it's pretty special. That's exactly what caught my attention about Pinkball. What started with local baseball families coming together has grown into an incredible effort to help uninsured and underinsured women access breast cancer screenings and diagnostic care they might otherwise go without. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, stories like this are such an important reminder of what can happen when people come together around a common purpose. Because early detection can save lives, and every woman deserves access to the care she needs. A huge shoutout to the team at Pinkball for turning their passion for sports into something that can truly change lives. Let's help them strike out breast cancer! 💗 #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #StrikeOutBreastCancer #Pinkball foxnews.com/video/6406350342…

44 years. One city. One dream. And a number that means so much more. The Milwaukee Brewers are returning to the World Series for the first time in 44 years. There is something poetic about that number. 44 was the number worn by the legendary Hank Aaron, a man whose greatness was defined not only by the records he broke, but by his perseverance, dignity and unwavering determination. For 44 years, Milwaukee has waited, believed and never stopped dreaming. Generations of fans have carried that hope, and now the city has its moment again. Maybe it’s coincidence. Maybe it’s baseball reminding us that some numbers carry a little more meaning than others. 44 years of waiting. Number 44 forever part of Milwaukee’s history. Some things in baseball just feel meant to be. This one’s for Milwaukee. This one’s for the generations who never stopped believing. And somewhere in the story, it feels like Hammerin’ Hank is still with us. By the way, it’s my favorite number! #44 💙💛⚾ #Brewers #HankAaron #WorldSeries

In my eyes this is a @nytimes best seller. Congratulations to Susie Doyle and the Doyle family! @ChicagoJoeDoyle
So proud of my wife Susie for writing her first book “I’m So Glad You Asked!” Our son @ChicagoJoeDoyle was diagnosed with Neonatal Marfan Syndrome at 5 months old. He wears leg braces, thick glasses and has had 10 surgeries including open heart and spine surgery. People (kids and adults) would stare at him and not even say hi or engage in conversation. I’m so proud to share our message of inclusion and curiosity. It’s ok to ask questions or just say hello, you never know where that can go! Purchase your copy 👇🏻 reachforthemoonpublishing.co…

We all have things on our to-do lists that keep getting pushed to tomorrow. But getting screened for breast cancer shouldn't be one of them. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and while raising awareness is important, what matters even more is turning that awareness into action. Early detection can make an incredible difference in breast cancer outcomes. And yet, it's easy to let another month, another year or another appointment slip by when life gets busy. That's why I wanted to share this video. If you're due for a mammogram, schedule it. If you're unsure when to start screening, have that conversation with your doctor. And if there's someone in your life who needs a little encouragement to make that appointment, be the person who gives them that nudge. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, don't just wear pink. Take action. Make the appointment. 💗 #BreastCancerAwareness youtube.com/watch?v=YNg_euUK…
