ai agents are becoming economic actors, completing work and moving money.
i just finished watching stateful, a Pantera podcast, discussing tokenized assets and AI agents.
Nike from Alchemy shared that their platform has grown over 20% since they made it autonomous without captchas, with agents now being their major customers. they're also working towards agent cards with mastercard.
with Pantera backing @RialoHQ, i believe Rialo building Latch for agent policy is happening at the right time.
agents need the ability to transact, but they also need boundaries.
Latch lets developers define what agents can do, enforce policy rules, and track their transactions.
as agents take on more economic activity, controlling what they can do becomes just as important as enabling them.

submitted ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฒ for Strike hackathon, built on @strikeperps.
businesses on @Cardano carry price risk they never chose: ADA in the treasury loses value when ADA falls, and the fuel bill climbs when crude rises. perpetuals can hedge both, but a trading terminal is not how a business thinks about risk.
so I built Locke, you describe what you want to protect, and Locke sizes, opens and watches a hedge on Strike, presented as a protection plan.
holdings plans short ADA-USD against the ADA you hold, operating-cost plans go long WTI-USD against the fuel you buy. for Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and the Philippines, Locke works out how much of the local pump price actually moves with crude, it covers diesel, petrol, kerosene and cooking gas, and its budget mode sizes the hedge so the monthly fuel bill stays under a limit you set, it also warns about the currency risk a crude hedge can't cover.
before you fund a plan, you see the hedge in plain words, the margin it needs, its daily cost, and your bill or treasury at ยฑ50% price moves, you can also replay the plan against Strike's real price history.
each plan runs on its own isolated margin, a risk worker watches every plan around the clock and alerts you before Strike's own margin levels. deposits, top-ups and withdrawals are always signed in your own wallet; the key Locke holds can trade but can't move money out.

after watching the below video, this line stuck with me:
"even when you make the call yourself, the AI you used for research may have nudged you."
my question is, the idea of putting every decision onchain on @GenLayer (who voted, for what, and why) is clear for the final step.
whatโs less clear is how that "why" works when a person still makes the call, but the options and context they saw were already filtered or ranked by an AI.
does the onchain record mainly capture the human rationale at the end, or is there also a way to surface the earlier model influence that shaped the choice?
what made me curious:
the post (and the clip) make that invisible nudge feel real, especially around hiring or research.
tracing the final vote is one thing; attributing the prior filter seems harder, and thatโs probably where a lot of the opacity actually lives.

decision-making is moving from humans to machines, and most of the time you can't see it happen
AI picks what you see on social media and whether you get hired. even when you make the call yourself, the AI you used for research may have nudged you
we need to trace those decisions. on @GenLayer every one is onchain: who voted, for what, and why

Trueup won #neatHack! ๐ Tied at the top with Veritas, both scoring 90.5/100.
48 hours of solo building, head to head with 200+ builders, too much coffee ๐ and one agent that checks if your AI's traces are telling the truth.
Huge thanks to the @neatlogs team for the platform and for hosting this. I honestly couldn't have built it without seeing every run in there, including my own agent messing up ๐
@EntireHQ kept a record of every coding session, so you can see exactly how each fix got made, and Trueup even runs as an Entire command.
@arithecfo turned my real run costs into an actual business plan, which was a fun reality check.
It's open source, so anyone building on neatlogs can use it to check their own traces.
github.com/Jennycruzy/trueup
Congratulations to Veritas and the other winners!!
Your dashboard said OK. Your agent crashed.
This weekend @neatlogs' daily email told me 6.2% of my test runs had failed. I checked all 81: 9 had crashed, 11.1%. Four crashes were recorded as SUCCESS. (Test runs I crashed on purpose, with the tracing tools as anyone downloads them.) The email added up what it was given. The tracing code that writes the record got it wrong, and nobody checks the checker.
So I built Trueup.
Trueup Witness is a second sensor for your AI agent, in two lines of code. It watches what really happened on the connection and compares it with the neatlogs record. When they disagree, it writes a red TRACE DISAGREE step into that same record. Then Trueup's agent finds the cause in the tracing code, writes the fix with tests, proves it and sends it upstream.
neatlogs:
Live, with real Claude calls through the neatlogs model key: I cut the connection mid-reply and crashed an agent run. Before my fixes, neatlogs recorded SUCCESS. After, ERROR. 2 wrong records to 0, and no false alarms in 40 normal calls.
I also traced Trueup's own agent in neatlogs, and its alert rules caught my mistakes: 31 replies the AI sent in the wrong format, 27 false alarms from a bug in my own comparison, and 13 failed fix attempts. Each was fixed and kept on record.
@EntireHQ:
Trueup was built in recorded Entire sessions, and each fix links to how it was made. The session where the fixer wrote and proved its first fixes: entire.io/gh/Jennycruzy/trueโฆ
It uses Entire's code graph to find the faulty code and check what a fix could break, and runs as an Entire command: entire trueup.
cfo.ai (@arithecfo):
Ari built the business plan and a financial model with me, on costs I really measured: a Witness check costs $0, a fix about $0.52. It got one number wrong, I corrected it, it re-ran the plan. In the forecast, at $199 a team 94 paying teams break even, while $99 runs out of cash. Rule from the slow-growth case: pilots first, hire later.
cfo.ai/s/kVKIburWzn09Baoy
Fixes sent upstream:
To Arize, Traceloop and neatlogs. Arize's head of open source reviewed mine: fixing it is "the right goal". neatlogs runs that same Arize code for agents, so one fix repairs both.

my journey as a builder on GenLayer started during the Bradbury testnet hackathon, and since then, i have never stopped building.
my first build, SmartAudit AI, was rejected because it was missing an Intelligent Contract. ๐ซ
then came another rejection for a community game i built, for the same reason.
in total, i have received ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐.
but instead of stopping, i started paying more attention to the requirements, fixed the issues with my game (mochimind), and finally got it approved. that build earned me 280 BP.
since then, i have kept building and exploring problems that can be solved with @GenLayer's Intelligent Contracts.
Remit: spending authority for AI agents. 720 BP
โ Clause: escrow that pays based on the specifications a user writes. 440 BP
โ Credent: agent reputation as collateral. 380 BP
i have also built four approved Intelligent Contracts, each earning me 150 BP.
that's progress i'm proud of, but the points aren't the only reason i keep building on GenLayer.
what keeps me interested is ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐ that are difficult to handle with conventional smart contracts alone.
i started with rejections, learned from them, made improvements, and kept going. that's part of what building here has taught me.
if you've been thinking about building on GenLayer, you don't need to start with a huge idea. pick a real problem, build a simple solution, and improve it as you learn.
this is a good time to start exploring what you can build with Intelligent Contracts.

My entry for the @PayBox hackathon: RxRoute ๐โ๏ธ
It's a PayBox plugin that tells travellers if their medicines are legal at their destination and at every stopover, before they fly.
In the video I plan a real trip from the UK to Japan, with a stop in Singapore, carrying Adderall and zolpidem.
RxRoute flags that Adderall is banned in Japan even with a prescription. It shows that zolpidem is fine up to 300 mg, and that Singapore only needs approval if I leave the airport.
That check is free. Then I buy the full report for $0.05 in USDC on Solana, approve it with my passkey, and it arrives right in the chat. It comes with official sources, a doctor's letter template and a customs checklist.
Nobody should lose their medicine, or their freedom, at a border over a rule they never heard of.
Try it with your A.I assistant today: connect PayBox, turn on RxRoute, and ask about your next trip. It works in any assistant that connects to PayBox, like Claude or Grok.
the first PayBox Hackathon is live!

Grateful to the @hushcause team for backing Elitr.
Their platform delivered exactly what it promised: private builder verification, and funds claimed with a ZK proof, with every payout visible onchain.
It's thoughtful infrastructure for a real problem, sustaining open-source builders without constant fundraising.
This support goes straight into Elitr's development, infrastructure and security.
Excited to keep building on @BNBCHAIN .
4 BNB (around $2,900) has been claimed by @encrypt_wizard for elitr.xyz.
Great to see our HushCause campaign showing real success and progress. This is exactly what we built the platform for: helping developers get the funding they need to keep building.

say i had 100 GEN to delegate on @genlayer mainnet. one validator or two?
genlayer currently set a 42 GEN minimum per validator for delegation.
i could go 100 to one or 50/50 across two, but not three.
splitting the number is simple. choosing the operators isn't.

Farming isn't the only thing happening in @Embervale_
Built on Robinhood Chain, Embervale combines farming, resource gathering, mining, and combat in a pixel style game where players actively control their characters instead of relying on AFK gameplay.
From growing crops and fulfilling village orders to exploring the Depths and fighting monsters, there's more to do than simply collect rewards. Players can also earn $EMBER by completing in-game tasks.
The combination of farming and combat gives players different ways to spend their time in the game, while the free mint of 2,000 NFTs adds another reason to keep an eye on its development. ๐

staking on @GenLayer is more than locking GEN and waiting for rewards.
it's a way to participate in how the network is secured.
hereโs how i understand it.
staking means committing GEN to support the network. delegation allows you to assign your stake to a validator without having to run a node yourself.
validators run nodes, participate in GenLayerโs consensus process and help validate transactions and Intelligent Contract outcomes.
but choosing a validator matters.
their performance can affect your rewards, while penalties can put your delegated stake at risk. where we delegate also matters because stake distribution influences how power is spread across the network.
so, what would i do with my GEN?
i'd spread it across several validators instead of putting everything behind one.
that way, my delegation isnโt entirely dependent on one validatorโs performance, and i can support multiple participants in the network.
it doesnโt remove staking risks, but it gives me a more deliberate way to participate.
for me, staking is about earning rewards while being intentional about the network iโm helping to secure.
would you delegate to one validator or spread your GEN across several?
