If youβre a parent the number one thing you can instill in your child is entrepreneurship. The way many of your parents taught you to move in the world is no longer valid. The job is not promised. There isnβt even βjobβ anymore. Thereβs money. And you must make it. Creatively. Using the infinite new tools that are available to you. Weβre not in the time where people will be taken care of their entire lives with safe and secure employment. You must move fast, be creative, pivot, carve your life for yourself. You do not need a degree, especially not a nonsense degree, you do not need to go in debt for school, these are procrastinations avoiding what we said earlier. You must be entrepreneurial. You can be a kid in your parents house becoming a millionaire off of Roblox with a little agency and using AI tools while a college grad cries because nobody is giving them a job. Nobody is giving you anything. They donβt need to. Itβs not charity. YOU must be the one to use these tools to carve your life. Parents it is your job to teach them this and set them up for success. Itβs a new world and you mist adjust all behaviors accordingly.
This is such a bleak story about what it's like to try to land a job right now. nytimes.com/interactive/2026β¦

Caffeine only damages the hearts of those who are evil and wicked. If you are pure of heart no energy drink will harm you
half of ct is 20 something year olds with 50k and a god complex and the other half is 30 year olds with 500k pretending they're not scared
the 20 somethings will get humbled eventually, happens to all of us
the 30 year olds are scared because 500k isn't enough to retire, but it's also too much to walk away from
5 years in the trenches and nothing built outside them. no cv, no skill that's worth anything off-chain, no plan that doesn't need a bull run
the kid's fine. he's got time to lose it all and start again
the 30 year old knows this is the last cycle he's got to get it right

This is going to hit the Facebook Boomer community like crack in the 80s.
Introducing Griffin, the first model to pass the video Turing test.
48% of people who talked to it live thought it was a real human. Previous systems have had a pass rate <3%. It is #1 on NVIDIA's benchmark for full-duplex AI video.
Itβs the first Human Interaction Model (HIM).
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The 48% figure and "video Turing test" claim are from Tavus's own study of 54 one-minute calls, not independently verified or using a standard protocol. Griffin-Lite leads NVIDIA's VideoFDB benchmark on their public leaderboard.

If you get caught jerking off and you stop, itβs embarrassing for you, but if you keep going, it becomes embarrassing for them.
Thatβs what posting on twitter is like. If you keep going long enough, everyone who hated looks foolish.

it's worth reflecting that the reason why rates are so high is because:
1] AI didn't cause any slack in the labor market
2] AI, or AI augmented warfare was ineffectual at driving a military victor in Iran
3] AI did not make anything cheaper
the solution is of course, more AI
