today i was down, so i walked three miles home, and on the way back i tried to find enough colourful things to make a rainbow. it's a good trick, it makes you look for small good things, and then you're glad when you find them.

Certifying new carbon removal pathways is a big unsolved problem. The existing certification bodies lost trust by certifying poor quality avoidance offsets for decades. We're taking a new path @CharmIndustrial, focused on scientific & ecosystem review, and delivery transparency.
Today we’re sharing our path toward rigorous monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) for bio-oil sequestration. Our goal is to understand the broader community view on MRV and to serve as a resource for other co's developing MRV for their pathways.

In *under a year* the @CharmIndustrial team turned an idea for a new carbon removal pathway into 416 tons of permanent carbon removal. Remarkable progress in a short period of time and a great example for the field. Also, this just represents a lot of hard work. Great stuff.
