It will probably be this easy once we get rid of the dogmas of science.

Going to be a cold winter in Europe... AMOC acting up and these volcanoes aren't going to help things much.
BREAKING: Saudi Arabia has informed European refiners that they will be allocated no crude oil next month amid the East-West pipeline shutdown, per Bloomberg. European customers normally receive Saudi Arabian crude oil shipments on "term contracts," which are meant to ensure a steady flow of crude oil supply every month. Countries in Europe imported 577,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Saudi Arabia prior to the shutdown. Europe is facing its worst energy crisis in history.

Did anyone else apply for the new @USDA regenerative program? My application wasn’t even submitted and ranked. Only reason it was, I called Washington DC. Then we were ranked very low cause no points for manure spreading and no till for crops. No crops here. No confinement.
My rumor mill says they’ll double the Regenerative funding at USDA NRCS next year. My personal experience is a farm is at a SEVERE disadvantage on ranking if they don’t plant crops and don’t do confinement livestock. Ie regenerative farms need not apply.

bit of free wisdom for the non farming analysts out there… When combines roll fast, furious, and early, that’s not a sign of a good slow grain fill conducive to high yields. Just sayin’

It would seem there is no one in control of AI. Its like the AI has learned how to manipulate and brainwash humans some how.
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

Today I’m stepping down from xAI. I’m tired of watching men confuse the power to build something with the right to turn it loose on the rest of us. The people behind ChatGPT and Anthropic are gambling with our children’s future. They call it progress. I’d like to know what good progress is when there’s nothing left worth handing down. Every lab says it has to get there before the other guy. That’s not responsibility. That’s two fools racing toward a cliff, each afraid the other will get there first. I believe in making damn good things and standing behind them. You put your name on something, you own what comes after. You don’t get to burn the place down and leave your children holding the deed. We were supposed to leave this world better than we found it. I won’t help them finish it off. just kidding, I make cowboy boots

Trump’s new EO is very vague that he came out with yesterday. Sec of Ag is suppose to explain it on Monday. Question in my mind: Will I be able to slaughter and butcher cattle and elk at our ranches and sell them direct to consumer without going through the USDA inspection process?

I got the cows at 58 after never having livestock in my life and working in the medical field. I did 4 yrs of prep / learning so I would be prepared and not kill anything. You CAN do anything you set your mind to. “The most difficult thing is the decision to act. The rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process, is its own reward.” — Amelia Earhart
