Closing out my 100k challenge account started in may 2024 two months early to pay uncle sam and got trading restricted on robinhood. 100k -> 7m in 10 months. Peaked 11m at one point but oh wells ignore the gain %, its messed up since i withdrew the 100k and more already :P.

People want to blame Amazon but the reality is most of Asia have thriving malls like this and their version of e-commerce and Amazon is a lot more cracked than ours. You can get free 1 day shipping on grab and aliexpress. Malls in Asia are winning and thriving because they’re anchored by groceries stores and every day needs, while American malls were anchored by department stores that ended up failing.

I hate to say this about $META but muse is so good that it will drop meta to mid 600s on this earnings first before it rockets to 800. Way too much capex to provide the best personal assistant to the world before they start seeing returns for this earnings, and their marketing and growth spend has been insane on it (according to my meta marketing manager friend who i play pickleball with everyday)

Instead identify which one of your friends is the bigges yapper, and tell only them your accomplishments. They will spread the word for you. You get 90% of the rewards with 2% of the work this way.

that’s fair, it’s easy to get carried away on twitter. wanted to share that a kid DMed me saying thanks for saying something because he’s seen his friends’ views change from hearing generalizations like that from successful people they look up to. there’s already so much emphasis on status and what people can offer you. i just think it’s important we don’t lose sight of treating people like humans instead of reinforcing that mindset. especially when you have such a large following and influence how people think about these things. and i have a lot to learn from you too, i’ll admit that.
